Description
Claims (12)
- 測定プローブを収容できるアダプタがしっかり取付けられた開口部を有する管部からなり、物理的な大きさを測定するための測定器であって、
前記管部(2)は、平坦部、即ち、開口部(3)を有する水平面からなる平らな箇所を有し、前記アダプタ(4)が、前記平坦な管部の前記開口部を埋め、前記アダプタ(4)の溶接輪郭(14)が、材料融合によって前記開口部(3)の層において前記平坦な管部(2)と同一の平面上にあるように、平坦な管壁に取付けられることを特徴とする測定器。 - 前記アダプタ(4)によって閉塞された前記平坦な管部における前記開口部(3)は、円形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の物理的な大きさを測定するための測定器。
- 前記管部(2)の平坦な部分は、平らな箇所の一方の幅(B1)が前記アダプタ(4)の直径(D1)と少なくとも同等またはそれ以上となるように十分に平坦に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の物理的な大きさを測定するための測定器。
- 前記管部(2)の平坦部における管壁の厚さにおける溶接輪郭(14)が、前記アダプタを包囲していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうちのいずれかに記載の物理的な大きさを測定するための測定器。
- 前記水平面の部分が、本来の管部の断面内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のうちのいずれかに記載の物理的な大きさを測定するための測定器。
- 前記アダプタ(4)および前記管部(2)が、高品質の鋼または高合金鋼で製作され、回転式TIG溶接法によって相互に溶接され、該管部(2)の厚さが0.8mm以上6.0mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のうちのいずれかに記載の物理的な大きさを測定するための測定器。
- 前記アダプタ(4)が、切削または工作されたパーツとして製作され、該アダプタ(4)の断面が、少なくとも一つの軸線に対し対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のうちのいずれかに記載の物理的な大きさを測定するための測定器。
- 前記アダプタ(4)が、前記管の中心軸線(10)に達する中空の保護用管部(9)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のうちのいずれかに記載の物理的な大きさを測定するための測定器。
- 温度プローブが、前記アダプタ(4)の前記保護用管(9)内に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の物理的な大きさを測定するための測定器。
- 前記アダプタ(4)が、圧力測定手段により取付けられたフロントフラッシュメンブレンを有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9のうちのいずれかに記載の物理的な大きさを測定するための測定器。
- 前記アダプタ(4)が、円形状のメンブレンを有し、測定される前記媒体の圧力が、前記管の断面に対向するメンブレン側に充填された伝達媒体を介して圧力センサ、即ち、圧力素子に伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のうちのいずれかに記載の物理的な大きさを測定するための測定器。
- 管部に測定器を固定するための方法であって、それにより、該管の平らな箇所に固定されるアダプタ(4)が物理的な大きさを測定プローブに伝達し、
管部(2)に平らな箇所を生じさせ、
前記平坦な管部(2)内に開口部(3)を生じさせ、
前記平坦な管部における前記開口部(3)を閉塞するアダプタ(4)を挿入し、
前記アダプタ(4)を、該アダプタ(4)の溶接輪郭(14)が、前記開口部(3)の層において前記平坦な管部(2)と同一の平面上にあるように、前記平坦な管部(2)に溶接することを含む方法。
