Description
Claims (15)
- ワークピースの溶接プロセスに関して、前記ワークピースのシミュレーションを行なう試験ブロックであって、
試験ブロックを構成する壁と、
前記ワークピースの外側表面上の製造溶接経路を複製する、前記壁の第1面上の試験溶接経路と、
前記試験溶接経路の下にある前記壁の第2面上の溶融領域と、
を含み、
前記溶融領域が、前記試験溶接経路に沿って変化する前記壁の厚みによって、前記試験溶接経路から離間され、
前記壁の厚みが、標準溶接溶け込み深さを越える値から標準溶接溶け込み深さ未満の値まで変化する、試験ブロック。 - 前記試験ブロックにより、セラミック材料を含む前記ワークピースのシミュレーションが可能な、請求項1記載の試験ブロック。
- 前記試験溶接経路が、円筒形の前記壁の円周まわりに連続する円形経路を含む、請求項1記載の試験ブロック。
- レーザ溶接部が前記試験ブロックに形成される、請求項1記載の試験ブロック。
- 前記ワークピースを製造装置に固定するための製品搭載面を複製する、平行な表面である試験搭載面を含む、請求項1記載の試験ブロック。
- 前記試験搭載面がクランプされた表面を含む、請求項5記載の試験ブロック。
- 前記壁の第2面が、試験ブロックの外側円筒面に対して偏心的な円筒形の内部表面を含む、請求項1記載の試験ブロック。
- 前記溶融領域が、エッチングされた表面である、請求項1記載の試験ブロック。
- 前記溶融領域が、温度感受性コーティングを含む、請求項1記載の試験ブロック。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載した試験ブロックを用いて、ワークピースの溶接プロセスに関するシミュレーションを行なう方法であって、
製品保持固定具に前記試験ブロックを搭載することと、
前記溶接プロセスを用いて、前記試験溶接経路に沿って前記試験ブロックを溶接することと、
前記製品保持固定具から前記試験ブロックを取り外すことと、
溶接溶け込み深さの数値を測定するために、前記溶融領域を検査することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記試験ブロックを用いたシミュレーションが、差圧センサを構成するワークピースのシミュレーションである、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記溶接プロセスの間に前記試験ブロックを回転させる、請求項10記載の方法。
- レーザ溶接で前記試験ブロックを溶接する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記試験ブロックが、前記ワークピースを製造装置に固定するための製品搭載面を複製する、平行な表面である試験搭載面を含み、互いに平行になるように前記試験搭載面を前記製品保持固定具に配置する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記製品保持固定具内で前記試験搭載面をクランプする、請求項14記載の方法。
