Description
Claims (5)
- パイプ壁(14)又は小室壁を通して開口部(25)に装着し、パイプ又は小室内の処理流体(16)の圧力を測定するための圧力センサユニットであって、
前記開口部(25)を通して突出すると共に、前記処理流体内に突出する内側末端(6)と内部空間とを有するシャフト部(2)と、
前記開口部の外側末端(19)に対して封止するために、前記シャフト部の外側末端(18)に固定されるフランジ部(17)と、
前記フランジ部(17)内のセンサ室(20)内に配置される圧力センサ素子(4)と、
前記シャフト部(2)の長さに沿って、前記センサ室(20)と、分離膜(7)の後ろの膜空間(21)との間に主に配置される油圧パイプ(10)であり、前記分離膜(7)が前記シャフト部の前記内側末端(6)に配置されて前記処理流体の圧力を前記油圧パイプ内の油圧流体に伝達する、油圧パイプと
を備える圧力センサユニットにおいて、
前記シャフト部の前記内側末端(6)が、処理流体を前記シャフト部(2)の前記内部空間に入れるための穿孔(22)を備え、
分離膜(7)が、前記穿孔(22)のすぐ後の前記シャフト部(2)の前記内部空間内に懸架されるブロック(8)に配置されることを特徴とする、圧力センサユニット。 - 前記シャフト部の前記内側末端が、前記穿孔を伴う特殊閉鎖部(6)を備え、前記特殊閉鎖部が前記シャフト部の残りの部分を構成する壁の薄いパイプ(2)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力センサユニット。
- 前記油圧パイプ(10)が腐食耐性材料で作られ、前記処理流体と耐久性のある接触を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力センサユニット。
- 前記シャフト部の前記内側末端(6)が穴(23)を備え、前記穴を通して温度センサ素子(9)が前記処理流体内に多少さらに突出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力センサユニット。
- 前記シャフト部の前記内部空間内の特殊パイプ(11)が、前記フランジ部(17)から延在して前記温度センサ素子(9)に向かう信号導体(12)を封入することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の圧力センサユニット。
