Claims (24)
- プロセス圧力トランスミッタシステムであって、
プロセス圧力トランスミッタハウジングと、
前記プロセス圧力トランスミッタハウジング内のプロセス圧力センサと、
プロセス流体を運ぶプロセス容器に取り付けるように構成された金属フランジと、
金属フランジに取り付けられ、プロセス容器の開口部を通じてプロセス流体に曝される隔離ダイアフラムであって、金属フランジの金属面上の構造化接合領域に結合されたガスケット表面領域を含むポリマーダイアフラムを備える隔離ダイアフラムと、
充填流体を隔離ダイアフラムから運び、プロセス圧力を圧力センサに伝達する毛管通路と、
を備えるプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。 - 前記金属フランジは、遠隔シールを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記ポリマーダイアフラムは、前記金属フランジの前記金属面に溶接される、請求項1に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記ポリマーダイアフラムは、レーザ接合を用いて前記金属面に接合される、請求項1に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記レーザ接合がレーザ透過ボンドを含む、請求項4に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記レーザ接合がレーザ熱伝導ボンドを含む、請求項4に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記ポリマーダイアフラムは、超音波接合によって前記金属フランジの前記金属面に接合される、請求項1に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記ポリマーダイアフラムは、誘導結合によって前記金属フランジの前記金属面に結合される、請求項1に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記金属フランジの金属面が、前記ポリマーダイアフラムと前記金属面との間の結合を促進するように構成された構造化接合領域を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記構造化接合領域は、微細構造処理によって製造される、請求項9に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記微細構造処理は、レーザ処理を含む、請求項10に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記構造化接合領域は、レーザ構造化領域を含む、請求項9に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記レーザ構造化領域が微細構造を含む、請求項12に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記ポリマーダイアフラムは、変化する厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記ポリマーダイアフラムの厚さは、前記ポリマーダイアフラムの中央領域付近でより薄く、前記ポリマーダイアフラムのエッジ領域付近でより厚い、請求項14に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記ポリマーダイアフラムが積層ポリマーダイアフラムを含む、請求項15に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記ポリマーダイアフラムが多層複合ダイアフラムを含む、請求項16に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記ポリマーダイアフラムが金属膜でコーティングされている、請求項1に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 金属膜が、前記ポリマーダイアフラムの少なくとも一方の側にコーティングされる、請求項1に記載のプロセス圧力トランスミッタシステム。

ガスケット表面領域を含むポリマーダイアフラムを得ることと、
ポリマーダイアフラムのガスケット表面領域を金属フランジの構造化接合領域に取り付けることと、
プロセス容器内に運ばれるプロセス流体の圧力をポリマーダイアフラムに加えることと、
ポリマーダイアフラムに加えられた圧力を毛管通路を用いて圧力センサに結合する圧力センサでプロセス圧力を測定すること、
