Description
[1](A)トリエチレンジアミンと、(B)ポリイソシアヌレート化触媒と、を含有すること;
(B)ポリイソシアヌレート化触媒が、下記一般式(1)
[式中、R1〜R3は、炭素数1〜12の直鎖又は分岐の飽和又は不飽和炭化水素基(但し、R1〜R3のうちのいずれか2個が酸素原子又は窒素原子を介してヘテロ環を形成していてもよい。)を表し、R4は炭素数1〜18のアルキル基又は芳香族炭化水素基を表す。Xは酸解離定数(pKa)が4.8以下の有機酸基を示す。]
で示される4級アンモニウム塩化合物より選ばれる1種又は2種以上の化合物であること;
(A)トリエチレンジアミンに対する(B)ポリイソシアヌレート化触媒の混合比率が2重量%〜20重量%であること;及び
さらに、N,N’,N”−トリス(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)−ヘキサヒドロ−s−トリアジンからなる触媒を含有すること;
を特徴とするポリウレタン樹脂製造用の触媒組成物。
本発明のポリウレタン樹脂製造用の触媒組成物は、
(A)トリエチレンジアミンと、(B)ポリイソシアヌレート化触媒と、を含有すること、
(B)ポリイソシアヌレート化触媒が、下記一般式(1)
[式中、R1〜R3は、炭素数1〜12の直鎖又は分岐の飽和又は不飽和炭化水素基(但し、R1〜R3のうちのいずれか2個が、酸素原子又は窒素原子を介してヘテロ環を形成していてもよい。)を表し、R4は炭素数1〜18のアルキル基又は芳香族炭化水素基を表す。Xは酸解離定数(pKa)が4.8以下の有機酸基を示す。]
で示される4級アンモニウム塩化合物より選ばれる1種又は2種以上の化合物であること、
(A)トリエチレンジアミンに対する(B)ポリイソシアヌレート化触媒の混合比率が2重量%〜20重量%であること、及び
さらに、N,N’,N”−トリス(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)−ヘキサヒドロ−s−トリアジンからなる触媒を含有することをその特徴とする。
なお、以下の実施例、比較例において、各測定項目の測定方法は以下のとおりである。
・クリームタイム:ポリウレタン樹脂の反応が開始(フォームの上昇)する時間を目視にて測定。
・ゲルタイム:反応が進行し液状物質より、樹脂状物質に変わる時間を測定。
・タックフリータイム:ポリウレタン樹脂表面のべとつきがなくなった時間を測定。
・ライズタイム:フォームの上昇が停止する時間を目視にて測定。
<ポリウレタン樹脂物性の測定項目>
・ポリウレタン樹脂のコア密度:内寸15×10×1cmのアルミニウム製モールドにて製造したポリウレタン樹脂の寸法、重量を正確に測定してコア密度を算出した。
・ポリウレタン樹脂の硬度:アルミニウム製モールドに攪拌混合したウレタン原料液を注入した時から2分後に脱型する。脱型した直後(2分後)及び5日後の樹脂硬度をショアーC硬度計で測定した。
・ポリウレタン樹脂の流動性:アルミニウム製モールドに100%充填された時の最小ウレタン原料液重量(g)を測定し、流動性の指標とした。最小充填液量が少ないほど流動性が良いと判断できる。
・ポリウレタン樹脂の物性:アルミニウム製モールドにて製造したポリウレタン樹脂について引っ張り強度、伸び、モジュラス(100%、300%)を測定した。各物性項目の測定にはテンシロン測定装置を使用した。
ナス形フラスコに水酸化テトラエチルアンモニウム水溶液(1モル)を仕込み、室温を保つように冷却しながら、酢酸(1モル)を加えて、テトラエチルアンモニウム酢酸塩を得た。その後、所定濃度となるように溶媒としてエチレングリコールを加え、エバポレーターを用いて水を留去してテトラエチルアンモニウム酢酸塩50%、エチレングリコール50%溶液を得た。
水酸化テトラエチルアンモニウム水溶液に代えて水酸化テトラメチルアンモニウム水溶液(1モル)を用いた以外は製造例1と同様にしてテトラメチルアンモニウム酢酸塩50%、エチレングリコール50%溶液を得た。
酢酸に代えてギ酸(1モル)を用いた以外は製造例1と同様にしてテトラメチルアンモニウムギ酸塩50%、エチレングリコール50%溶液を得た。
攪拌式オートクレーブにトリエチルアミン(1モル)、炭酸ジメチル(1.5モル)及び溶媒としてメタノール(2モル)を仕込み、反応温度110℃にて12時間反応させメチルトリエチルアンモニウムカーボネートのメタノール溶液を得た。このものに酢酸(1モル)を仕込み、溶媒として所定の濃度となるようにエチレングリコールを加えた後、エバポレーターで副生する炭酸ガス及びメタノールを除くことによってメチルトリエチルアンモニウム酢酸塩50%、エチレングリコール50%溶液を得た。
表1に示したポリエステルポリオールを用いる配合処方に従って、原料配合液Aを調製すると共に、イソシアネートプレポリマーを用意した。
原料配合液Aとイソシアネートプレポリマーは所定のイソシアネート指数(100)となるように重量比を決め、原料配合液Aの液温を40℃に、イソシアネートプレポリマーの液温を30℃に調整した。この2つの液を所定量200mlカップに投入後、ラボミキサーを使用して3000rpmで8秒間攪拌し、300mlカップに注ぎ反応させて、靴底用ポリウレタン樹脂を製造した。
表1に示した配合処方に従って、原料配合液Aを調製すると共に、ポリイソシアネートを用意した。
触媒配合を除いては、参考例1と同様の操作を行い、靴底用ポリウレタン樹脂を製造して、初期反応性、樹脂硬度、樹脂物性、貯蔵後反応性を測定した。これらの結果を表1にあわせて示す。
これに対し、本発明の触媒組成物を使用していない比較例2〜3では、クリームタイムを延長することができず、作業性よく靴底用ポリウレタン樹脂を成型することができなかった。
表2に示した配合処方に従って、原料配合液Aを調製すると共に、ポリイソシアネートを用意した。
触媒配合を除いては、参考例1と同様の操作を行い、靴底用ポリウレタン樹脂を製造して、初期反応性、樹脂硬度、樹脂物性、貯蔵後反応性を測定した。これらの結果を表2にあわせて示す。
表3に示した配合処方に従って、原料配合液Aを調製すると共に、ポリイソシアネートを用意した。
触媒配合を除いては、参考例1と同様の操作を行い、靴底用ポリウレタン樹脂を製造して、初期反応性、樹脂硬度、樹脂物性、貯蔵後反応性を測定した。これらの結果を表3に併せて示す。
表4に示した配合処方に従って、原料配合液Aを調製すると共に、ポリイソシアネートを用意した。
触媒配合を除いては、実施例1と同様の操作を行い、靴底用ポリウレタン樹脂を製造して、初期反応性、樹脂硬度、樹脂物性、貯蔵後反応性を測定した。これらの結果を表4に併せて示す。
表5に示した配合処方に従って、原料配合液Aを調製すると共に、ポリイソシアネートを用意した。
触媒配合を除いては参考例1と同様の操作を行い、靴底用ポリウレタン樹脂を製造して初期反応性、樹脂硬度、流動性、樹脂物性、貯蔵後反応性を測定した。
これらの結果を表5に併せて示す。
表6に示した配合処方に従って、原料配合液Aを調製すると共に、ポリイソシアネートを用意した。
触媒配合を除いては参考例1と同様の操作を行い、靴底用ポリウレタン樹脂を製造して初期反応性、樹脂硬度、流動性、樹脂物性、貯蔵後反応性を測定した。
これらの結果を表6に併せて示す。
表7に示したポリエーテルポリオールを用いる配合処方に従って、原料配合液Aを調製した。イソシアネートプレポリマーは、ピュアーMDIとポリプロピレングリコール(分子量2000)を反応させて得た。
原料配合液Aとイソシアネートプレポリマーは所定のイソシアネート指数(100)となるように重量比を決め、どちらも液温を25℃に調整した。この2つの液を所定量200mlカップに投入後、ラボミキサーを使用して3000rpmで8秒間攪拌し、300mlカップ及びアルミニウム製モールド内に注ぎ、参考例1と同様の反応性、樹脂硬度、流動性を測定した。
これらの結果を表7に示す。
これに対し、有機スズ触媒を併用した比較例63はクリームタイムを2秒伸ばせるが、流動性が悪化する。また、有機スズの使用による毒性問題がある。イミダゾール系触媒を単独で使用した比較例64や、トリエチレンジアミンとイミダゾール系触媒を併用した比較例65は、クリームタイムが早いため、成型性に問題がある。
また、本発明により得られるポリウレタン樹脂は靴底用途として好適であり、産業上極めて有用である。
なお、2006年8月11日に出願された日本特許出願2006−220376号の明細書、特許請求の範囲及び要約書の全内容をここに引用し、本発明の明細書の開示として、取り入れるものである。
Claims (7)
- (A)トリエチレンジアミンと、(B)ポリイソシアヌレート化触媒と、を含有すること;
(B)ポリイソシアヌレート化触媒が、下記一般式(1)
[式中、R1〜R3は、炭素数1〜12の直鎖又は分岐の飽和又は不飽和炭化水素基(但し、R1〜R3のうちのいずれか2個が、酸素原子又は窒素原子を介してヘテロ環を形成していてもよい。)を表し、R4は炭素数1〜18のアルキル基又は芳香族炭化水素基を表す。Xは酸解離定数(pKa)が4.8以下の有機酸基を示す。]で示される4級アンモニウム塩化合物より選ばれる1種又は2種以上の化合物であること;
(A)トリエチレンジアミンに対する(B)ポリイソシアヌレート化触媒の混合比率が2重量%〜20重量%であること;及び
さらに、N,N’,N”−トリス(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)−ヘキサヒドロ−s−トリアジンからなる触媒を含有すること;
を特徴とするポリウレタン樹脂製造用の触媒組成物。 - 前記一般式(1)で示される4級アンモニウム塩化合物において、Xがギ酸基又は酢酸基であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリウレタン樹脂製造用の触媒組成物。
- 前記一般式(1)で示される4級アンモニウム塩化合物が、テトラメチルアンモニウム酢酸塩、テトラメチルアンモニウムギ酸塩、テトラエチルアンモニウム酢酸塩、テトラエチルアンモニウムギ酸塩、テトラプロピルアンモニウム酢酸塩、テトラプロピルアンモニウムギ酸塩、テトラブチルアンモニウム酢酸塩、テトラブチルアンモニウムギ酸塩、メチルトリエチルアンモニウム酢酸塩、メチルトリエチルアンモニウムギ酸塩、メチルトリプロピルアンモニウム酢酸塩、メチルトリプロピルアンモニウムギ酸塩、メチルトリブチルアンモニウム酢酸塩、メチルトリブチルアンモニウムギ酸塩、トリメチルドデシルアンモニウムギ酸塩、及びトリメチルドデシルアンモニウム酢酸塩からなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種以上の化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のポリウレタン樹脂製造用の触媒組成物。
- 水、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、1,4−ブタンジオール、及び1,6−ヘキサンジオールからなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種以上の溶剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のポリウレタン樹脂製造用の触媒組成物。
- ポリオールと、ポリイソシアネート及び/又はイソシアネートプレポリマーとを、触媒、及び発泡剤の存在下に反応させてポリウレタン樹脂を製造する方法において、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の触媒組成物を使用することを特徴とするポリウレタン樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記ポリオール100重量部に対し、前記触媒組成物を0.01〜5重量部存在させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のポリウレタン樹脂の製造方法。
- ポリオールと、ポリイソシアネート及び/又はイソシアネートプレポリマーとを、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の触媒組成物、及び発泡剤の存在下に反応させて得られる靴底用ポリウレタン樹脂。
