Description
− 供給及び戻り管が高い位置にあるため、添加剤の潜在的な分解からもたらされる気体が蓄積され得るという恐れがあることと;
− ポンプが乾燥し、その呼び水を損失することを防止するために液溜を設けることが必要となることと;
− タンクの末端壁の寿命の間の変形の結果、目盛りがいくらか不正確となることと;
− 添加剤蒸気が度々腐食性(尿素の場合にはアンモニアが存在する)であるにも関わらず、構成部品は持続的な添加剤蒸気への露出を被ることと;
− 凍結した場合に、表面に浮遊する固体の添加剤の塊が動き回って前記構成部品に衝突し得るため、いくつかの構成部品が損傷され得ることと、
の数多くの不利益をもたらす。
− ポンプに対して:アンモニア前駆体の溶液をポンプの冷却に用いることが可能であり;凍結した場合には、液状に戻すためにポンプにより放散される熱が役立つことと;
− レベルゲージに対して:最低点がより明確に定義され、これにより、計測に対するタンクの変形による影響が小さくなることと;
− ヒータに対して:凍結した場合には、取付板の設計を介した加熱システムに関連する隔室の形成が、モータ製造業者によって要求される時間枠内(例えば:3分間で100mL)での、汚染低減システムを作動させるために必要な体積の添加剤溶液の排出を許容することと;
− 温度センサ、品質センサ又は添加剤の他の特徴を感知するセンサに対して:これらを、噴射システムへの供給の観点における重要な領域に容易に配設することが可能であることと;
− ベンチュリ管について:低温度の場合に前駆体が解凍されるに伴って加熱されることになり、この構成部品の機能が確実に保持されることと、
の特定の利点を示す。

Claims (14)
- 内燃機関排気ガス液体添加剤を貯蔵するためのシステムであって、
前記添加剤を貯蔵するための添加剤タンク、及びタンクの底壁に形成された開口を通じて配置された「液中」のベースプレートを備え、
前記ベースプレートは、少なくとも1つのオリフィスを備え、該オリフィスを介して排気ガス中に前記添加剤を噴射するためのシステムに液体供給することが可能であり、
さらに前記ベースプレートには、前記貯蔵システム及び/又は前記噴射システムの少なくとも1つの他の作動構成部品が組み込まれており、
前記ベースプレートは、前記底壁を閉塞している、システム。 - ベースプレートにレベルゲージが組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の貯蔵システム。
- ベースプレートに添加剤ヒータが組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の貯蔵システム。
- ベースプレートに添加剤の特性を計測するために用いられるセンサが組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵システム。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵システムと、
少なくとも1つの噴射管及び1つのインジェクタを含む噴射システムと、
を備える、液体添加剤を内燃機関の排気ガス中に供給するための供給システム。 - 前記ベースプレートに固定されたポンプを備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の供給システム。
- 前記ポンプにより輸送され、前記インジェクタによって消費されなかった量の添加剤が、戻り管として知られる管により前記添加剤タンクに戻され、前記管には圧力調整器及び/又は圧力センサが備えられ、前記圧力調整器及び/又は圧力センサは前記ベースプレートに組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の供給システム。
- 前記ベースプレートに組み込まれているか、又は前記ベースプレート上に固定されたフィルタを備えることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の供給システム。
- 前記ベースプレートに、液体添加剤を前記インジェクタに輸送するニップル及び/又は未使用の液体添加剤を前記添加剤タンクに戻すためのニップルが組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の供給システム。
- 前記システムが前記噴射管をパージする装置を含むこと、及び
前記ベースプレートが、噴射管がパージされてしまっているときに前記添加剤タンクからの液体が前記噴射管に戻ることを防止するための装置を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれか一項に記載の供給システム。 - 前記ベースプレートが液溜と、タンク内の液取出点からの液溜への液体供給を許容するベンチュリタイプの装置と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項5〜10のいずれか一項に記載の供給システム。
- 制御ユニットを含むこと、及び、
前記ベースプレート及び/又は該ベースプレートに組み込まれた構成部品が、前記制御ユニットへの接続を備えること、
を特徴とする請求項5〜11のいずれか一項に記載の供給システム。 - 貯蔵添加剤タンクがプラスチックの押出し成形/ブロー成形により得られること、及び、
ベースプレートがプラスチックの射出成形により製造されること、
を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵システム。 - 貯蔵添加剤タンクがプラスチックの押出し成形/ブロー成形により得られること、及び、
ベースプレートがプラスチックの射出成形により製造されること、
を特徴とする請求項5〜12のいずれか一項に記載の供給システムを製造するための方法。
