Claims (8)

車体フレームと、
前記車体フレームの後部側に設けられ、前記電気モータを収容するモータケースと、
前端部において前記車体フレームの前記後部側に揺動可能に連結され、後端部において前記後輪を回転可能に支持するスイングアームと、
前記車体フレーム及び前記スイングアームそれぞれに接続されるリヤサスペンションと、
前記スイングアームよりも下方に配置されて前記スイングアームの揺動に連動するリンク機構と、を備え、
前記リンク機構は、前記車体フレーム及び前記スイングアームに対して揺動可能なサスペンションブラケットを含み、
前記リヤサスペンションの上端部が、前記モータケースに接続されており、前記リヤサスペンションの下端部が、前記スイングアームよりも下方に位置し、前記サスペンションブラケットに連結され、前記リンク機構を介して前記スイングアームに接続され、前記リヤサスペンションが、前記スイングアームの揺動の中心となる揺動軸に近接した位置で上下方向に延びている、電動二輪車。 - 前記リヤサスペンションブラケットは、前記モータケースの底部に揺動可能に連結されている、請求項1に記載の電動二輪車。
- 前記モータケースの前記底部が、車両の一部を冷却又は潤滑するためのオイルを溜めるオイルパンを成しており、前記サスペンションブラケットが前記オイルパンに連結されている、請求項2に記載の電動二輪車。
