Description
香りの強い高麗人参の花の枝を選び、2時間かけて、85μmのポリアクリレートでコーティングされたファイバー(Polyacrylate Fiber)に香り成分を吸着させることによって香り成分を捕集した。捕集場所は忠清北道錦山郡南一面音大理の高麗人参畑であり、2時間行われた。

・コラム:DB−1(60m×0.25mm×0.25um)
・キャリアガス:ヘリウム(He)
・注入部温度:250℃
・検出部温度:280℃
・オーブン温度:70〜220℃(3℃/分)
・イオン化電圧:70eV
・着脱時間:2分
前記分析された結果に基づいて新しく作成した下記表2の組成を有する組合香料(サンプルB)を作成し、この香料と高麗人参の花との香りの類似性を官能評価により検証した。
前記参考実施例1から分かるように、SPME法によって分析された成分で作成した香料組成物は、高麗人参の花の香りとの類似性が低かった。これに対し、調香師で構成された専門評価団に、高麗人参の花のそれぞれの香り成分の官能評価を行った。その結果、高麗人参の花の香り成分のうち、デカナール、ノナナール、2−メチルピロール、ベンズアルデヒド、アセトフェノンが高麗人参の花の固有の香りを構成する主要成分であることが確認された。
前記参考実施例3から、高麗人参の花の独特の香りの主成分が、デカナール、ノナナール、2-メチルピロール、ベンズアルデヒド、アセトフェノンであることが確認できた。したがって、本発明者等は、これらの五つの成分を含有して、高麗人参の花の香りをそのまま再現し、嗜好性の高い香料を製造するため、下記#1ないし#7の新しい組合香料を作成した。
新しく組み合わせた前記実施例1の7種類の香料に対し、高麗人参の花の香りとの類似性及び嗜好性を参考実施例2と同じ方法の官能評価を実施した。一方、2種類の組合香料に対する比較官能評価を実施した後、5分間の休憩時間を与え、嗅覚の麻痺現象が起こらないようにした。新しい組合香料と高麗人参の花との香りの類似性及び嗜好性に関する官能評価の結果は下記表6に示した。
前記表6において、高麗人参の花の香りと最も類似していると示されたサンプル#5の香料の類似性及び嗜好性を改善するために、サンプル#5と同じように、デカナール、ノナナール、2-メチルピロール、ベンズアルデヒド、アセトフェノンの合計量を70重量%にして含有し、ここに、人工合成物質であるヘジオン、フリージアのようなソフトな香りを持つ人工合成物質であるメチルイオノンを用いて新しい組合香料を製造した。人工合成物質の濃度は、ヘジオン3〜10重量%、メチルイオノン0〜10重量%に変化させながら添加し、その他の成分は、これらの二つの物質の含量変化に合わせて合計量が100になるように調整した。これらの再組合香料の組成は下記表7の通りである。
前記実施例3の7種類(#イ、#ロ、#ハ、#ニ、#ホ,#ヘ、#ト)の組合香料に対し、高麗人参の花の香りとの類似性及び嗜好性の官能評価を前記参考実施例2と同じ方法により実施した。一方、二つの組合香料に対する比較官能評価を実施した後、5分間の休憩時間を与えて嗅覚の麻痺現象が起こらないようにした。新しい組合香料と高麗人参の花との香りの類似性及び嗜好性に関する官能評価の結果は、下記表8に示した。
前記の高麗人参の花の香りと類似性を有する香料組成物を配合し、下記表9の香水を製造した。
Claims (3)
- 高麗人参の花の香り成分として、デカナール(Decanal)を18〜25重量%、ノナナール(Nonanal)を13〜18重量%、2-メチルピロール(2-Methylpyrrole)を10〜14重量%、ベンズアルデヒド(Benzaldehyde)を10〜14重量%、及びアセトフェノン(Acetophenone)を2.7〜3.7重量%の範囲で含有し、かつ、ヘジオン(Hedione)を3〜5重量%の範囲で含有すると共に、メチルイオノン(Methylionone)を5〜10重量%の範囲で含有することを特徴とする高麗人参の花の香りを再現した香料組成物。
- 前記香料組成物は、組成物100重量%に対して、高麗人参の花の香り成分として、メチルビニルケトンを5.8〜10.5重量%、ヘキサナールを3.6〜6.5重量%、メチルヘプテノンを2.8〜5.2重量%、シス-3-ヘキセノールを2.5〜3.6重量%、及びメチルサリシレートを2.8〜5.0重量%の範囲で更に含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高麗人参の花の香りを再現した香料組成物。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の香料組成物を含有することを特徴とする皮膚外用剤組成物。
