Claims (3)
- 固定子及び、当該固定子が有する板ばねにより所定方向に往復動作可能に支持された可動子を有するリニアアクチュエータ本体と、
前記リニアアクチュエータ本体の一部を固定した状態で当該リニアアクチュエータ本体の周囲をほぼ包囲しているケースと、
前記リニアアクチュエータ本体が有するコイルを浸すとともに、前記板ばねの動作範囲を全て浸した状態で前記ケースの内部空間に充填された絶縁性と潤滑性を有する液状体とを具備することを特徴とするリニアアクチュエータ。 - 前記固定子の一部を前記ケースに固定し、当該ケースの一部を制振対象物又は加振対象物に固定して、前記可動子が作動する際の反力を前記固定子及び前記ケースを通じて前記制振対象物又は加振対象物に伝達するようにしている請求項1記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 固定子及び、当該固定子に対して所定方向に往復動作し得る可動子を有するリニアアクチュエータ本体をケース内に一部を当該ケースに固定し且つ周囲を当該ケースに包囲させた状態で収容し、そのケースにはリニアアクチュエータ本体を収容する前または収納した後に絶縁性と潤滑性を有する液状体を当該リニアアクチュエータ本体のコイルを浸した状態で充填し、その液状体には充填完了までに又は充填完了後に前記リニアアクチュエータ本体との間に気泡が形成されることを回避するための気泡除去を施してなることを特徴とするリニアアクチュエータ。
