Claims (5)
- 回転電機のハウジングの内側に配設されたフレームと、
当該フレームの略円筒状の周壁内面に密着状態に当接して設けられており、固定子コイルが巻回されたコア本体と、
前記固定子コイルのコイルエンドを樹脂によりモールドしたモールド部と、
を備え、
前記周壁内面と前記モールド部との間には、当該モールド部の前記コア本体側に形成された、前記フレームと周方向に接合するブリッジ部を残して、空気層を形成する空隙部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする固定子。 - 前記フレームの周壁には、前記コア本体と対向する所定領域内に冷却液路が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定子。 - 前記冷却液路は、
前記モールド部近傍の溝深さを他の部分よりも深くしてある
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固定子。 - 前記フレームにおける前記所定領域の外側領域には、シール材装着溝が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の固定子。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の固定子と、
前記固定子と対向するように回転軸に取付けられる回転子と、
を備える
ことを特徴とする回転電機。
