Claims (4)
- 基礎(3)に据え付けられる圧延スタンド(1)内に配置され駆動される2つの円錐ロール(6a,6b)と、
駆動される2つのガイドディスクあるいはディッシャーディスク(15a,15b)と、
を備えるディッシャー圧延機構として形成されている、継目無管を製造する円錐傾斜圧延機構(7)であって、
前記円錐ロール(6a,6b)は、圧延軸線(4)に関して対称的に、互いに水平に並んで前記圧延スタンド(1)内に設けられており、前記圧延軸線(4)に関して平行な圧延スタンド側面の各々は、前記円錐ロール(6a,6b)の組付け片(8)を収容する組付け窓(5a,5b)と、昇降可能なスタンド側面閉鎖カバー(12a,12b)を収容するガイドスタンド(10a,10b)と、を備えて形成されており、前記スタンド側面閉鎖カバー(12a,12b)は、前記円錐ロール(6a,6b)のためのロール調節手段(11)を支持しており、かつ
前記2つのガイドディスクあるいはディッシャーディスク(15a,15b)は、前記圧延スタンド(1)内に鉛直に、上下に配置され、前記円錐ロール(6a,6b)とともに圧延間隙を形成することを特徴とする、継目無管を製造する円錐傾斜圧延機構。 - 前記スタンド側面閉鎖カバー(12a,12b)は、互いに逆方向に移動可能である、請求項1記載の円錐傾斜圧延機構。
- 前記圧延軸線(4)に直交し前記円錐ロール(6a,6b)の前記組付け片(8)の前記組付け窓(5a,5b)に対して一列に設けられたリニアガイド(18)を備え、該リニアガイド(18)は、該リニアガイド(18)上に配置される移動可能な円錐ロール交換ユニット(19a,19b)を有する、請求項1又は2記載の円錐傾斜圧延機構。
- 前記圧延スタンド(1)内に鉛直に、上下に配置されたディッシャーディスクユニット(14a,14b)を備え、該ディッシャーディスクユニット(14a,14b)は、該ディッシャーディスクユニット(14a,14b)内に設けられたディッシャーディスク(15a,15b)を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の円錐傾斜圧延機構。
