技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种热轧成型辊组装装置，尤其是能实现轧辊更换半自动化的轧辊拆装装置。
背景技术
目前，公知的轧辊拆装装置构造都比较简单，是由底座和轧辊支撑构成。操作较复杂，需用行车辅助作业，将轧辊吊装在轧辊支撑，人工更换轧辊。但是，由于轧辊质量较重，机架轴承与轧辊轴之间的配合等问题，使得更换轧辊工作比较繁琐和困难，而且不能准确定位。
发明内容
为了克服现有的轧辊更换装置不能准确定位和不能实现半自动拆装的不足，本实用新型提供一种轧辊拆装装置，该装置不仅能将轧辊和机架准确定位，而且能实现半自动化的拆装的工作。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：轧辊拆装装置，它包括气缸、换辊小车、连接螺栓、导轨和支撑定位架，连接螺栓安装在换辊小车顶部，换辊小车和支撑定位架放置在导轨之上，换辊小车通过连接螺栓连接支撑定位架，由气缸驱动换辊小车沿导轨运动。
需换辊时，定位架将轧辊固定，小车用连接螺栓将机架固定，用气缸来回推动换辊小车，进行换辊工作。
本实用新型的有益效果是，满足最基本的换辊工作的同时，安全、准确、迅速的完成轧辊的拆装工作，而且结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中，支撑定位架5与底部的导轨4牢固固定，链接螺栓3安装在换辊小车2顶部，气缸1推动换辊小车2在导轨4上做直线运动。通常两小车与支撑定位架的中心线的距离相等，为保证配合的严密性，气缸的行程稍大于机架配合所需的行程。
