13.熱可塑性アクリレート樹脂もしくは外部架橋性アクリレート樹脂のエーテル化メラミン樹脂との組み合わせに基づく熱可塑性ポリアクリレートコーティング;ならびに
14.シロキサン修飾またはフッ素修飾アクリレート樹脂に基づく塗料系。
実施例1:WO00/24736の実施例12bの化合物5.4部を酢酸ブチル9.0部中に15分間、Skandex(登録商標)分散機中で分散させることによって、12%のミルベースを製造する。Maprenal(登録商標)MF650(イソブタノール/n−ブタノール/キシレン(20:1:1)中30%、Solutia Inc.)25.4部を添加し、混合物を再度分散させる。次いで、25.4gのアセト酪酸セルロースおよび33.8gのDynapol(登録商標)H700を添加し、最終的に混合することによって、顔料濃度を6%まで下げる。100μmのスパイラルバーを用いて層をガラスプレート上にバーコーティングする。1200nmでの透過率は68%である。CIE−colouristicsは:L*=26.8、C*=1.3、h=290.2である。分散剤をさらに使用することによって透過率値を77%まで向上させる。
Claims (5)
- 近赤外線不活性有機もしくは無機基体の製造における、式
R1およびR6は、それぞれ独立して、HまたはFであり;
R 2 、R 4 、R 5 、R 7 、R 9 およびR 10 は、H、FまたはClであり;
R3 およびR 8 は、H、NO 2 、OCH 3 、OC 2 H 5 、Br、Cl、CH 3 、C 2 H 5 、N(CH 3 ) 2 、N(CH 3 )(C 2 H 5 )、N(C 2 H 5 ) 2 、α−ナフチル、β−ナフチルまたはSO 3 - であり;
R 1 はR 6 と同一、R 2 はR 7 と同一、R 3 はR 8 と同一、R 4 はR 9 と同一、および/またはR 5 はR 10 と同一であり
、前記有効な量は、前記組成物の全質量に対して0.01〜50質量%である、近赤外線不活性有機もしくは無機基体の製造における使用。 - ビスオキソジヒドロインドリレン−ベンゾジフラノンを、コーティング組成物中に組み込み、これを、基体の表面に、基体の表面に適用されるフィルムもしくはコーティングの形態で適用する、請求項1記載の使用。
- 前記基体が、熱可塑性ポリマー、エラストマーポリマー、架橋ポリマーもしくはもともと架橋したポリマーから選択される請求項2記載の使用。
- R 1 とR 6 は共にHである、請求項1記載の使用。
- コーティング組成物が、コーティング系、またはあらかじめ形成されたフィルムの形にあり、どちらも基体に接着し、自動車コーティング、船舶用塗装、塗料、インク、積層体、印刷アプリケーション用受理層、または、グレージング用途において使用されるコーティングもしくはフィルムを含む他の保護もしくは装飾用コーティングから選択される、請求項2記載の使用。
