Description
本発明に関する先行文献には次の文献がある。
本発明のカチオン重合性組成物は、カチオン重合性化合物(以下、カチオン重合性化合物又は(A)成分ともいう)と、カチオン重合開始剤としてヘテロポリ酸(以下、ヘテロポリ酸又は(B)成分ともいう)及びカチオン重合を抑制する安定化剤(以下、安定化剤又は(C)成分ともいう)を含有する。
(A)成分
・OXBP: 4,4'-ビス[(3-エチル-3-オキセタニル)メトキシメチル]ビフェニル、宇部興産株式会社製
(B)成分
・ケイタングステン酸:日本無機化学工業株式会社製
(C)成分:
・ケイタングステン酸ナトリウム:日本無機化学工業株式会社製
なお、その他の材料は本文中に記載した。
OXBP(100重量部)に、ケイタングステン酸(0.02重量部)とプロピレンカーボネート(0.38重量部)からなる溶液、及びp−ヒドロキシフェニルジメチルスルホニウムサルフェート(0.002重量部)を加え撹拌混合し、カチオン重合組成物を製造した。DSC測定の結果を図1に示した。
OXBP(100重量部)に、ケイタングステン酸(0.02重量部)のプロピレンカーボネート(0.38重量部)からなる溶液、及び1,3-ジエチル-2-チオ尿素(0.002重量部)を加え撹拌混合し、カチオン重合組成物を製造した。DSC測定結果を図1に示した。
OXBP(100重量部)に、ケイタングステン酸(0.02重量部)のプロピレンカーボネート(0.38重量部)からなる溶液、及び1,3-ジフェニルグアニジン(0.002重量部)を加え撹拌混合し、カチオン重合組成物を製造した。DSC測定結果を図1に示した。
OXBP(100重量部)に、ケイタングステン酸(0.02重量部)のプロピレンカーボネート(0.38重量部)からなる溶液、及びトリメチルチオ尿素(0.002重量部)を加え撹拌混合し、カチオン重合組成物を製造した。DSC測定結果を図2に示した。
OXBP(100重量部)に、ケイタングステン酸(0.02重量部)のプロピレンカーボネート(0.38重量部)からなる溶液、及びキノリン(0.002重量部)を加え撹拌混合し、カチオン重合組成物を製造した。DSC測定結果を図2に示した。
OXBP(100重量部)に、ケイタングステン酸(0.02重量部)のプロピレンカーボネート(0.38重量部)からなる溶液、及びケイタングステン酸ナトリウム(0.002重量部)を加え撹拌混合し、カチオン重合組成物を製造した。DSC測定結果を図3に示した。
OXBP(100重量部)に、ケイタングステン酸(0.02重量部)のプロピレンカーボネート(0.38重量部)からなる溶液、及びケイタングステン酸ナトリウム(0.004重量部)を加え撹拌混合し、カチオン重合組成物を製造した。DSC測定結果を図3に示した。
OXBP(100重量部)に、ケイタングステン酸(0.02重量部)のプロピレンカーボネート(0.38重量部)からなる溶液、及びケイタングステン酸ナトリウム(0.01重量部)を加え撹拌混合し、カチオン重合組成物を製造した。DSC測定結果を図3に示した。
OXBP(100重量部)に、ケイタングステン酸(0.02重量部)をプロピレンカーボネート(0.38重量部)からなる溶液を加え撹拌混合し、カチオン重合組成物を製造した。DSC測定結果を図1、2、3に示した。
Claims (5)
- カチオン重合性化合物としてオキセタン化合物、カチオン重合開始剤としてヘテロポリ酸、及びカチオン重合を抑制する安定化剤を含有するカチオン重合性組成物であって、カチオン重合性化合物100重量部に対してヘテロポリ酸0.01重量部〜10重量部を配合したこと、及び安定化剤がヘテロポリ酸塩であり、安定化剤をヘテロポリ酸100重量部に対して0.1重量部〜100重量部を配合したことを特徴とするカチオン重合性組成物。
- ヘテロポリ酸が、リンタングステン酸、リンモリブデン酸、ケイタングステン酸、ケイモリブデン酸又はこれらの混合物である請求項1記載のカチオン重合性組成物。
- カチオン重合性化合物として、カチオン重合性ビニル化合物、ラクトン類、又はエポキシ化合物、スピロオルソエステル類、ビシクロオルソエステル類及び環状カーボナート類から選ばれる環状エーテル類との混合物を含有する請求項1又は2記載のカチオン重合性組成物。
- ヘテロポリ酸塩が、ヘテロポリ酸ナトリウム塩、ヘテロポリ酸カリウム塩、ヘテロポリ酸カルシウム塩、ヘテロポリ酸セシウム塩、ヘテロポリ酸アンモニウム塩、ヘテロポリ酸ピリジニウム塩又はこれらの混合物である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のカチオン重合性組成物。
- オキセタン化合物を含有するカチオン重合性化合物と、カチオン重合開始剤としてヘテロポリ酸を含有する組成物に、安定化剤としてヘテロポリ酸塩を含有させること、カチオン重合性化合物100重量部に対してヘテロポリ酸0.01重量部〜10重量部を配合すること、及びヘテロポリ酸100重量部に対してヘテロポリ酸塩を0.1〜100重量部を配合することを特徴とするカチオン重合性組成物のカチオン重合を制御する方法。
