Claims (14)
- 次の組成(質量%で):
C 0.1%以上0.4%以下
Cr 0.2%以上1.2%未満
Ni 35%以上40%以下
Mn 0.1%未満
Si 0.1%未満
Mo 2%超え3.5%未満
Nb 0.01%以上0.5%以下
Al 0.1%以上0.5%以下
Mg 0.001%以上0.01%以下
V 0.1%以下
W 0.1%以上1.5%以下
Co 1.0%以下
Fe 残分および製造に不可避の添加物を有する鉄ニッケル合金から成る長距離送電線用の線材であって、その際、Mo+Wの総和(質量%で)が2.0%以上4.0%以下であり、かつCr+Wの総和(質量%で)が1.0%以上2.0%以下であり、20〜200℃の温度範囲内で4×10-6/K未満の熱膨張係数を有する、前記鉄ニッケル合金から成る長距離送電線用の線材。 - (質量%で)Ni35%以上38%以下を有する、請求項1に記載の長距離送電線用の線材。
- (質量%で)0.6%超え1.2%未満のCrを有する、請求項1または2に記載の長距離送電線用の線材。
- (質量%で)Mo2.1%以上2.8%以下を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の長距離送電線用の線材。
- (質量%で)Al0.2%以上0.4%以下を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の長距離送電線用の線材。
- (質量%で)0.25%超え1.0%未満のWを有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の長距離送電線用の線材。
- 必要に応じて(質量%で)0%超え0.2%未満のZrおよび/または0%超え0.01%以下のBの添加剤を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の長距離送電線用の線材。
- Mo+Wの総和(質量%で)が2.2%以上3.5%以下である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の長距離送電線用の線材。
- Si+Mnの総和(質量%で)が0.2%以下である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の長距離送電線用の線材。
- Si+Mnの総和(質量%で)が0.1%以下である、請求項9記載の長距離送電線用の線材。
- (Mo+W+Cr)/Cの比が13.5〜15.5である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の長距離送電線用の線材。
- 元素Moが割り当て分だけ元素Wによって置換されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の長距離送電線用の線材。
- 20〜200℃の温度範囲内で3.5×10-6/K未満の熱膨張係数を有する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の長距離送電線用の線材。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の長距離送電線用の線材を製造する方法において、溶融液をインゴットに鋳造し、このインゴットをビレットへ圧延し、このビレットを予め設定可能な直径の線材へ引き抜き、この場合個々の引抜工程の間で必要に応じてアニール工程にもたらし、線材形の前製品をアルミ化し、この前製品を最終寸法で引き抜くことを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の長距離送電線用の線材を製造する方法。
