Claims (6)
- 流体の液滴を吐出する流体吐出ユニットと、
集積回路と、
前記流体吐出ユニットと前記集積回路とを電気的に結合する導電線であって、その一部がヒューズを備える導電線と、
を備える装置であって、
前記流体吐出ユニットは、基板と、前記基板上に支持される駆動素子と、を備え、
前記駆動素子は、第1電極と、第2電極と、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極の間の圧電材料と、を含み、前記第1電極は前記第2電極より前記基板に近く、
前記導電線は、前記第2電極に接続され、
前記ヒューズは、前記第2電極に直接隣接して前記圧電材料の上に直接形成されている、
装置。 - 前記ヒューズが前記導電線の狭窄部分を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流体の液滴を吐出する流体吐出ユニットと、
集積回路と、
前記流体吐出ユニットと前記集積回路とを電気的に結合する導電線であって、その一部がヒューズを備える導電線と、
前記導電線の上に直接接している導電層と、
を備える装置であって、
前記ヒューズは前記導電線の狭窄部分を含み、
前記ヒューズ上には前記導電層がない、
装置。 - 前記導電層が金又は銅で形成される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ヒューズを含む前記導電線がチタン・タングステンで形成される、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 流体の液滴を吐出する流体吐出ユニットと、前記流体吐出ユニットを駆動する集積回路と、前記流体吐出ユニットと前記集積回路とを電気的に結合する導電線であってヒューズを備える導電線と、を備えるプリントヘッドと、
前記プリントヘッドの前記集積回路にデータを送信するフレックス回路と、
を備えるシステムであって、
前記流体吐出ユニットは、基板と、前記基板上に支持される駆動素子と、を備え、
前記駆動素子は、第1電極と、第2電極と、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極の間の圧電材料と、を含み、前記第1電極は前記第2電極より前記基板に近く、
前記導電線は、前記第2電極に接続され、
前記ヒューズは、前記第2電極に直接隣接して前記圧電材料の上に直接形成されている、
システム。
