Claims (14)
- 流体の液滴を吐出する流体吐出ユニットと、
集積回路と、
前記流体吐出ユニットと前記集積回路とを電気的に結合する導電線であって、その一部がヒューズを備える導電線と、
を備える装置。 - 前記流体吐出ユニットが、基板上に支持される駆動素子を備え、
前記駆動素子が、第1電極と、第2電極と、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極の間の圧電材料と、を含む、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ヒューズが前記圧電材料の上に形成される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記流体吐出ユニットが、前記駆動素子を支持する基板を含む、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記第1電極が前記第2電極より前記基板に近く、前記導電線が前記第2電極に接続される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ヒューズが前記第2電極に直接隣接する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ヒューズが前記第2電極から隔置され、前記導電線の一部が前記ヒューズを前記第2電極に接続する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ヒューズを含む前記導電線がチタン・タングステンで形成される、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記ヒューズを含む前記導電線の厚さが約0.1μmである、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記ヒューズは長さが約28μmであり幅が約5μmである、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記ヒューズが前記導電線の狭窄部分を含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記導電線の上に位置する導電層を更に備え、前記ヒューズ上には前記導電層がない、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記導電層が金又は銅で形成される、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 流体の液滴を吐出する流体吐出ユニットと、前記流体吐出ユニットを駆動する集積回路と、前記流体吐出ユニットと前記集積回路とを電気的に結合する電極であってヒューズ部分を備える電極と、を備えるプリントヘッドと、
前記プリントヘッドの前記集積回路にデータを送信するフレックス回路と、
を備えるシステム。
