Description
さらにまた、特許文献3は、1重量%〜25重量%の量のゼオライトを含み、ホルムアルデヒド、アンモニア、タバコの煙等の室内の空中有害物質を減少させるための例えば石膏ボード及び石膏ファイバーボードのような石膏建築ボードに基づく室内建具のための建築材料を開示する。しかしながら、そこに使用されるゼオライトは、外気から有害物質及び/若しくは臭気物質を減少させ又は吸着するというそれらの不十分な能力のために、要求される結果を生じない。石膏ボードの製造において、ゼオライトは、攪拌によって石膏成分に混合されるので、その表面積の大部分は、有害物質及び臭気物質がそこに混合されたゼオライトに石膏成分を介して拡散しなければならないという結果によって、処理され及び/若しくは分解される有害物質及び臭気物質に対して自由に利用できない。上記理由によって、相対的に大きな量のゼオライトが使用されなければならず、且つこれが逆にそれらの粘着力又はそれらの安定性に関して建築材料自体に影響を与えることになるものである。
・0.35m/sの流入速度に関して、15Pa以下、特に10Pa以下、好ましくは5Pa以下の圧力降下、且つ/又は、
・0.7m/sの流入速度に関して、30Pa以下、特に25Pa以下、好ましくは15Pa以下の圧力降下、且つ/又は、
・1m/sの流入速度に関して、50Pa以下、特に40Pa以下、好ましくは25Pa以下の圧力降下、且つ/又は、
・1.5m/sの流入速度に関して、100Pa以下、特に80Pa以下、好ましくは50Pa以下の圧力降下。
・初期漏出量:5%未満、特に2%未満、好ましくは1%未満、且つ/又は
・10%の漏出量までの時間:10時間以上、特に15時間以上、好ましくは20時間以上、且つ/又は、
・破壊50%までの時間:15時間以上、特に18時間以上、好ましくは25時間以上。
・ 初期漏出量:10%未満、特に5%未満、好ましくは2%未満、且つ/又は、
・ 10%の漏出量までの時間:1時間以上、特に5時間以上、好ましくは10時間以上、且つ/又は、
・ 破壊50%までの時間:5時間以上、特に10時間以上、好ましくは17時間以上。
(i) 金属、好ましくは銅、銀、カドミウム、プラチナ、パラジウム、ロジウム、亜鉛、水銀、チタン、ジルコニウム、モリブデン、及び/若しくはアルミニウム、特にそれらのイオン及び/若しくはその塩;
(ii)酵素;
(iii) 塩基性化合物、特に有機アミンのような有機塩基;
(iv) 酸性化合物、特に塩酸及び硫酸化合物又は遊離有機酸又は遊離無機酸;
及び上述した含浸物の混合。
Claims (4)
- 空気浄化若しくは空気濾過するマット状フォーム材料(1)である建築材料において、
前記フォーム材料(1)が、空気透過性マット状三次元支持体(2)を具備し、該支持体(2)が、1.5〜3.0mmの平均孔径と10〜30ppiの多孔性を有するオープンポアフォーム材料として形成されること、
前記支持体(2)に設けられ若しくは取り入れられる臭気物質及び有害物質吸着材料(3)であって、該臭気物質及び有害物質吸着材料(3)が、0.05〜1.0mmの範囲内の平均粒子径及び活性炭粒子当たり5Nから20Nの範囲内の破裂強度を有する活性炭からなる個々の吸着粒子に基づいた臭気及び有害物質吸着材として形成されること、前記吸着粒子が前記支持体に固着されること、前記活性炭が、活性炭の総孔容量に基づいて少なくとも60%の2.0nm以下の孔径の孔からなるミクロポア容量比率及び0.50〜0.90cm3/gのグールビチ法によって測定された総孔量を有すること、
前記フォーム材料(1)が、フォーム材料(1)に基づいて55〜80重量%の量で、前記臭気物質及び有害物質吸着材料(3)を含むこと、
前記吸着粒子の平均粒子径に対する前記支持体(2)として使用されるオープンポアフォーム材料の平均孔径の比率が、2〜4の範囲内であること、且つ、
前記支持体(2)が、化学的硬化によって硬化されること、前記支持体(2)が化学的硬化剤に浸漬された後硬化されること、前記硬化剤が、吸着粒子を固定するための接着剤であることを特徴とする建築材料。 - 前記支持体(2)が、ポリウレタン、ポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリイソシアヌレート、及びホルムアルデヒド樹脂からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つの有機ポリマーに基づくオープンポアフォーム材料であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の建築材料。
- 前記臭気物質及び/若しくは有害物質吸着材料(3)が、2.0nm以下の孔径を有する孔によって形成され、活性炭の総孔容量に基づいて、少なくとも65%のミクロポア容量比率を有する活性炭であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の建築材料。
- 前記臭気物質及び有害物質吸着材料(3)が、2.0nm以下の孔径を有する孔によって形成され、活性炭の総孔容量に対して少なくとも0.40cm3/gのカーボンブラック法によって測定されたミクロポア容量を有する活性炭であること、且つ、前記臭気物質及び有害物質吸着材料(3)は、2.0nm以下の孔径を有する孔によって形成され、少なくとも800m2/gのカーボンブラック法によって測定されたミクロポア表面積を有する活性炭であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の建築材料。
