Claims (6)
1. Mehrschichtiger Verbundwerkstoff mit adsorbierenden Eigenschaften
zur Unterbindung von aus Gegenständen, insbesondere Gebäudetei
len, Wänden, Balken, Verschalungen, austretenden Schadstoffen, wie
beispielsweise PCB, PCP, Nitrosamine, bestehend aus einer Außen
schicht, daran mittels einer Haftmasse fixierten, körnigen Adsorbentien
und einer Abdeckung für diese, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ab
deckung mit einem punktförmig aufgetragenen Haftkleber versehen ist,
welcher seinerseits mit einem Trennpapier bzw. einer Trennfolie abge
deckt ist.
2. Mehrschichtiger Verbundwerkstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn
zeichnet, daß die nach außen (in den Raum) zeigende Schicht ein Tex
til, insbesondere Glasgewebe, mit einem Flächengewicht von 100 ± 30
g/m2 ist.
3. Mehrschichtiger Verbundwerkstoff nach einem oder mehreren der vor
hergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haftmasse
in Form von halbkugelförmigen oder kugelförmigen Häufchen in einer
Menge von 20-80 g/m2, insbesondere 40-60 g/m2, aufgedruckt ist
und eine hohe Anfangshaftung besitzt.
4. Mehrschichtiger Verbundwerkstoff nach einem oder mehreren der vor
hergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Adsorbens
eine körnige oder kugelförmige Aktivkohle ist und in einer Menge von
50-300 g/m2, insbesondere 100-200 g/m2, mit Teilchengrößen von
0,2-1,0 mm, insbesondere 0,3-0,75 mm, vorliegt.
5. Mehrschichtiger Verbundwerkstoff nach einem oder mehreren der vor
hergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Adsorbenti
en mit einem mit Hilfe eines Schmelzkleberwebs aufkaschierten Textils,
insbesondere Vlieses, abgedeckt sind.
6. Mehrschichtiger Verbundwerkstoff nach einem oder mehreren der vor
hergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung
der Adsorbentien ihrerseits mit einem punktförmig in einer Menge von
20-80 g/m2, insbesondere 40-60 g/m2 (Trockenbasis), aufgedruckten
Haftkleber versehen ist, welcher bevorzugterweise aus der Klasse der
Acrylate ausgewählt ist.
