Claims (9)
- シャフトに固着されたロータコア組立体を含むロータであって、
前記ロータコア組立体は、磁石と、前記磁石の一方の端部に固着されたエンドキャップとを含み、前記磁石及び前記エンドキャップの各々は、ボアを有し、前記シャフトは、前記磁石及び前記エンドキャップのボアの中に延び、前記エンドキャップは、前記シャフトとの間に締り嵌めを形成し、前記磁石は、前記シャフトとの間にすき間嵌めを形成し、接着剤が、前記磁石と前記シャフトの間のすき間に配置され、
前記エンドキャップは、前記磁石と前記シャフトとの間に配置された接着剤と異なる接着剤によって前記磁石に固着される、ロータ。 - 前記ロータコア組立体は、更に、前記磁石の反対側の端部に固着された別のエンドキャップを含み、前記別のエンドキャップは、ボアを有し、前記シャフトは、前記別のエンドキャップのボアの中に延びて、締り嵌めを形成する、請求項1に記載のロータ。
- 前記シャフトは、前記別のエンドキャップのボアの一部分との間にのみ締り嵌めを形成し、接着剤が、前記ボアの残りの部分に配置される、請求項2に記載のロータ。
- 前記ロータコア組立体は、前記磁石、前記エンドキャップ、及び前記別のエンドキャップを包囲するスリーブを含む、請求項2又は3に記載のロータ。
- 前記スリーブは、前記磁石との間にすき間嵌めを形成し、前記エンドキャップ及び前記別のエンドキャップの各々との間に締り嵌めを形成し、接着剤が、前記磁石と前記スリーブの間のすき間に配置される、請求項4に記載のロータ。
- 前記磁石と前記スリーブの間に配置される接着剤は、前記磁石と前記シャフトの間に配置される接着剤と異なる、請求項5に記載のロータ。
- 前記エンドキャップ及び前記別のエンドキャップは、前記磁石と前記スリーブの間及び前記磁石と前記シャフトの間に配置された接着剤と異なる接着剤によって前記磁石に固着される、請求項5又は6に記載のロータ。
- 前記エンドキャップは、前記磁石の外径が前記エンドキャップの内径と同心になるように前記磁石に固着される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のロータ。
- 前記エンドキャップは、プラスチックで形成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のロータ。
