Description
前記圧縮機構及び前記モータ機構を密閉状態で収容するとともに前記駆動回路を保持する内側ハウジングと、前記内側ハウジングを収容し、外部への取付部が形成された外側ハウジングとを備え、
前記内側ハウジングと前記外側ハウジングとの間、及び前記駆動回路と前記外側ハウジングとの間には、防振性及び断熱性を有する中間材が設けられ、
前記外側ハウジングには、外部から加えられる衝撃から前記駆動回路を保護する保護部が設けられていることを特徴とする(請求項1)。
図1に示すように、実施例1の電動圧縮機1は、車両に搭載されて車室内の温度調整を行う空調装置に適用されている。この空調装置は、電動圧縮機1と、方向切替弁91と、外気用熱交換器92と、膨張弁93と、車室用熱交換器94とにより構成されている。
図3に示すように、実施例2の電動圧縮機2では、実施例1における厚肉部21内に高強度部材22が設けられている。その他の構成は、実施例1の電動圧縮機1と同様である。このため、実施例1の電動圧縮機1と同一の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略又は簡略する。
図4に示すように、実施例3の電動圧縮機3では、実施例1の電動圧縮機1と比較して、内側ハウジング10の外壁面11Cにおける対象物9側に駆動回路6が保持され、外側ハウジング20が樹脂製とされ、厚肉部21及び取付部29が厚肉部23、高強度部材24及び取付部29B、29Cに変更されている。その他の構成は、実施例1の電動圧縮機1と同様である。このため、実施例1の電動圧縮機1と同一の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略又は簡略する。

Claims (9)
- 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機構と、前記圧縮機構を作動させるモータ機構と、電源に接続されて前記モータ機構を駆動する駆動回路とを備えた電動圧縮機において、
前記圧縮機構及び前記モータ機構を密閉状態で収容するとともに前記駆動回路を保持する内側ハウジングと、前記内側ハウジングを収容し、外部への取付部が形成された外側ハウジングとを備え、
前記内側ハウジングと前記外側ハウジングとの間、及び前記駆動回路と前記外側ハウジングとの間には、防振性及び断熱性を有する中間材が設けられ、
前記外側ハウジングには、外部から加えられる衝撃から前記駆動回路を保護する保護部が設けられていることを特徴とする電動圧縮機。 - 前記保護部は、前記外側ハウジングにおける前記駆動回路近傍に設けられている請求項1記載の電動圧縮機。
- 前記保護部は、厚肉部である請求項1又は2記載の電動圧縮機。
- 前記厚肉部は、前記外側ハウジングにおける径外方向又は径内方向に突出している請求項3記載の電動圧縮機。
- 前記保護部は、前記外側ハウジングに一体に設けられ、前記外側ハウジングより硬い高強度部材からなる請求項1又は2記載の電動圧縮機。
- 前記高強度部材は、前記外側ハウジングに埋設されている請求項5記載の電動圧縮機。
- 前記高強度部材は、前記外側ハウジングの内壁面又は外壁面に貼り付けられている請求項5記載の電動圧縮機。
- 前記高強度部材は、前記取付部を一体に有している請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項記載の電動圧縮機。
- 前記外側ハウジングは、樹脂又は繊維強化樹脂製である請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載の電動圧縮機
