Claims (11)
- 自動車のシートまたはヘッドレスト用のクッション部材(11)であって、
不織層(4)と、
繊維と結合剤とを含み、前記繊維が前記結合剤と結合された繊維複合材料(1)と、
前記不織層(4)と前記繊維複合材料(1)との間に配置されたインサート材(2,3)と
を備え、
前記インサート材(2,3)は前記繊維複合材料(1)に対して異なる圧縮特性を有し、
前記繊維複合材料(1)の前記結合剤が前記インサート材(2,3)と前記不織層(4)とを固着し、
前記繊維複合材料(1)が前記インサート材(2,3)と前記不織層(4)と共に一体材料複合体を形成する、クッション部材(11)。 - 前記インサート材(2,3)が不織素材またはパッドであり、前記不織素材または前記パッドが天然または合成繊維を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のクッション部材(11)。
- 前記インサート材(2,3)が前記クッション部材(11)の表面の一部の領域にのみ広がるように設けられる、請求項1または2に記載のクッション部材(11)。
- 少なくとも2つの異なるインサート材(2,3)が設けられ、第1のインサート材(2)と第2のインサート材(3)が前記クッション部材(11)の異なる表面領域に配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のクッション部材(11)。
- 前記インサート材(2,3)が前記繊維複合材料(1)よりも柔軟性が高い、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のクッション部材(11)。
- 前記結合剤はラテックスであり、前記繊維はココヤシ繊維である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のクッション部材(11)。
- 前記インサート材(2,3)が、前記繊維複合材料(1)よりも軽い比重を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のクッション部材(11)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のクッション部材(11)の製造方法であって、
インサート材(2,3)を含む前駆物質が成形金型で成形され、
前記前駆物質を生成するために、まず不織層(4)が前記成形金型に導入され、次に前記インサート材(2,3)と、前記繊維複合材料(1)を生成するための繊維及び結合剤とが前記成形金型に導入される、方法。 - 前記クッション部材(11)が成形金型内で成形された後に加硫処理段階が行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 自動車用ヘッドレスト(7)であって、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のクッション部材(11)を備える、ヘッドレスト(7)。
- 自動車用車両シートであって、シート部(5)と背もたれ部(6)を備え、前記シート部(5)および/または前記背もたれ部(6)が請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のクッション部材(11)を備える、車両シート。
