Description
減衰性促進剤の含有量が1重量部を下回る場合、十分なエネルギー減衰性を得ることができず、また、減衰性促進剤の含有量が40重量部を上回る場合には、範囲を超える分だけの減衰性が得られず不経済となるからである。
ベースポリマーとしてNBR(極高ニトリルタイプ)100重量部に、膨張性黒鉛(カルファイト CS−30、株式会社丸富製作所製)100重量部、石油系炭化水素樹脂(アルコンPー125、荒川化学株式会社製)90重量部、減衰性促進剤(ノクラックTD、大内化学株式会社製)10重量部の割合で配合し、これを80℃に設定した混練ロールに投入して混練し、さらにカレンダー法により厚さ1mmのシート状に成形した。得られたシートを所定の大きさに裁断し、損失係数(η)測定用の試験片とした。
膨張性黒鉛量を150重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験片を作製した。
膨張性黒鉛量を200重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験片を作製した。
減衰性促進剤量を20重量部とした以外は、実施例3と同様にして試験片を作製した。
石油系炭化水素樹脂量を100重量部とした以外は、実施例3と同様にして試験片を作製した。
石油系炭化水素樹脂量を100重量部とした以外は、実施例2と同様にして試験片を作製した。
ベースポリマーとしてCPE100重量部に、インターカーレーション処理していない黒鉛100重量部、石油系炭化水素樹脂を90重量部、減衰性促進剤としてN、N−ジシクロヘキシルベンゾチアジル−2−スルフェンアミドを10重量部の割合で配合した以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験片を作製した。
Claims (6)
- ニトリルゴム100重量部に対して、膨張性黒鉛100〜200重量部、石油系炭化水素樹脂10〜100重量部、および、p−(p−トルエンスルホニルアミド)ジフェニルアミン、4,4’−ビス(α,α−ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン、オクチル化ジフェニルアミン、2,2’−メチレンビス(4−エチル−6−tert−ブチルフェノール)、4,4’−チオビス(3−メチル−6−tert−ブチルフェノール)、及びN,N’−ジ−2−ナフチル−p−フェニレンジアミンから選択された1種若しくは2種以上の化合物1〜40重量部が配合されることを特徴とする制振材料。
- 前記ニトリルゴム、前記膨張性黒鉛、前記石油系炭化水素樹脂、及び前記化合物は、配合後混練し、シートに成形したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の制振材料。
- 前記シートは、測定周波数800Hz、測定温度0〜60℃における損失係数のピーク値が0.23を超えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の制振材料。
- 前記ニトリルゴムが極高ニトリルゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2または請求項3記載の制振材料。
- 前記石油系炭化水素樹脂が脂環族飽和炭化水素樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項記載の制振材料。
- 前記化合物がp−(p−トルエンスルホニルアミド)ジフェニルアミンであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項記載の制振材料。
