Description
積層型電池に用いられる積層体の電池組立治具であって、
電池組立治具が、積層体の一方の積層面に接触する第1の挟み込み部材と、積層体の他方の積層面に接触する第2の挟み込み部材から構成され、積層体を第1の挟み込み部材と第2の挟み込み部材で挟み込む構成であり、
第1の挟み込み部材と第2の挟み込み部材には、積層体を位置決めする位置決め部材と、積層体に設けられた電極タブを束ねるフォーミング爪と、が設けられている電池組立治具である。
第1の挟み込み部材と第2の挟み込み部材に、積層体を移載する移載ハンドが退避するための切り込みが設けられている電池組立治具である。

Claims (2)
- 積層型電池に用いられる積層体の電池組立治具であって、
電池組立治具が、積層体の一方の積層面に接触する第1の挟み込み部材と、積層体の他方の積層面に接触する第2の挟み込み部材から構成され、積層体を第1の挟み込み部材と第2の挟み込み部材で挟み込む構成であり、
第1の挟み込み部材と第2の挟み込み部材には、積層体を位置決めする位置決め部材と、積層体に設けられた電極タブを束ねるフォーミング爪と、が設けられている電池組立治具。 - 請求項1に記載の発明において、
第1の挟み込み部材と第2の挟み込み部材に、積層体を移載する移載ハンドが退避するための切り込みが設けられている電池組立治具。
