Claims (7)
- 二次電池を構成することになる正極、セパレータ、負極を順次積層して積層体を形成する積層工程から、前記正極のタブ部分および前記負極のタブ部分を接合するタブ接合工程に向かって、前記積層体を把持して搬送するためのハンド部と、
前記ハンド部によって前記積層体が把持された状態で、前記積層体の積層方向から前記積層体を押圧する押圧機構と、
前記押圧機構によって押圧された前記積層体における前記正極と前記負極との間に電圧を印加して短絡の発生の有無を検出する短絡検出部と、を有することを特徴とする短絡検査装置。 - 前記短絡検出部は、前記正極と前記負極との間に電圧を印加するため、前記正極の前記タブ部分および前記負極の前記タブ部分をそれぞれ把持するクランプ部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の短絡検査装置。
- 前記ハンド部は、
前記積層体を把持するために前記積層体の一方の面と当接するパッドと、
前記パッドを駆動するための駆動部を有する本体部と、
前記パッドを前記本体部に対して近接離間自在に支持するフローティング機構と、を有し、
前記押圧機構は、
前記パッドを介して前記積層体を押圧する押圧源を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の短絡検査装置。 - 前記フローティング機構は、前記パッドを前記駆動部に対して近接離間自在に支持するための弾性部材を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の短絡検査装置。
- 二次電池を構成することになる正極、セパレータ、負極を順次積層して積層体を形成する積層工程から、前記正極のタブ部分および前記負極のタブ部分を接合するタブ接合工程に向かって、ハンド部によって前記積層体が搬送される際、
前記ハンド部によって前記積層体が把持された状態で、押圧機構によって前記積層体の積層方向から前記積層体が押圧され、
その後、前記押圧機構によって押圧された前記積層体における前記正極と前記負極との間に、短絡検出部によって電圧が印加されることによって、短絡の発生の有無が検出されることを特徴とする短絡検査方法。 - 前記正極と前記負極との間に電圧を印加する際、前記正極の前記タブ部分および前記負極の前記タブ部は、前記短絡検出部のクランプ部によってそれぞれ把持されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の短絡検査方法。
- 前記積層体は、前記積層体の一方の面と当接する前記ハンド部のパッドを介して、前記押圧機構の押圧源によって押圧され、
前記パッドは、前記ハンド部における前記パッドを駆動するための駆動部を有する本体部に対して、近接離間自在に支持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の短絡検査方法。
