・C5アミン:ジエチルメチルアミン(DEMA)、ジメチルイソプロピルアミン(DMIPA)、ジメチル−n−プロピルアミン(DMPA)、N−n−プロピルアジリジン、N−iso−プロピルアジリジン、N−エチルアゼチジン、N−メチルピロリジン、N,N,N’,N’−テトラメチルジアミノメタン;
・C6アミン:トリエチルアミン(TEA)、メチルエチル−n−プロピルアミン、メチルエチル−iso−プロピルアミン、ジメチル−n−ブチルアミン、ジメチル−sec−ブチルアミン、ジメチル−iso−ブチルアミン、ジメチル−tert−ブチルアミン、N−エチルピロリジン、N−メチルピペリジン、ヘキサメチレンテトラアミン、ジメチルピペラジン、N,N,N’,N’−テトラメチルジアミノエタン;
・C7アミン:ジメチルペンチルアミン、メチルエチルブチルアミン、ジエチルプロピルアミン、ジプロピルメチルアミン、N−プロピルピロリジン、N−エチルピペリジン;
・C8アミン:ジメチルヘキシルアミン、メチルエチルペンチルアミン、ジエチルブチルアミン、ジプロピルエチルアミン、N−ブチルピロリジン、N−プロピルピペリジン、ジエチルピペラジン;
・C9アミン:ジメチルヘプチルアミン、メチルエチルヘキシルアミン、ジエチルペンチルアミン、トリプロピルアミン、N−ペンチルピロリジン、N−ブチルピペリジン;
・C10アミン:ジメチルオクチルアミン、メチルエチルヘプチルアミン、ジエチルヘキシルアミン、エチルプロピルペンチルアミン、ジプロピルブチルアミン、N−ペンチルピペリジン
が挙げられる。
(a)バインダーと凝集体との鋳物混合物を形成する段階と、
(b)段階(a)から得られる鋳物混合物を型に導入することにより鋳物形状を形成する段階と、
(c)成形鋳物混合物と少なくとも2つの第3級アミンのブレンドを含む硬化触媒とを、液体または好ましくはガス形態で、場合によって不活性担体と共に接触させる段階と、
(d)凝集体−樹脂混合物を硬く、中実の、硬化した形状に硬化させる段階と、
(e)段階(d)の硬化した鋳物形状を型から取り出す段階と
を含む、コールドボックス法により鋳物形状を調製する方法に関する。
a)段階(a)から(e)において上に記載した鋳物形状を調製する段階と、
b)液体状態の前記金属を円形の前記形状に注ぐ段階と、
c)前記金属を冷却し、凝固させる段階と、
d)次いで成形品を鋳物形状から分離する段階と
を含む。
またはDMIPA)または第3級アミン(DMEA−DEMA、DMEA−TEA)のブレンドのアミン量の最適、すなわち最少量を測定する試験を、まず行った。
DMEA/DEMAのブレンド
砂の質量単位当たりの樹脂の所定量(通常は、混合した砂の量に対して各樹脂0.5重量%から2重量%の間)を有する一定量の砂+樹脂混合物を長いシリンダー形状の金型に入れ、アミンを液体としてU字管中の砂−樹脂シリンダーの前方に注ぎ、一定で所定の速度の担体ガス(通常は窒素)の加熱ストリームを、アミン投入U字管中に通す。
Theo Mass=(DMEAの比×完全硬化に必要なDMEAだけの質量+DEMAの比×完全硬化に必要なDEMAだけの質量)に従って計算される。
DMEA/TEAのブレンド
試験用中子の100%硬化に必要なブレンドの理論的質量(Theo.Mass)は、以下の式:
理論的質量=(DMEAの比×完全硬化に必要なDMEAだけの質量+TEAの比×完全硬化のために必要なTEAだけの質量)
に従って計算される。
Claims (10)
- コールドボックス法により鋳物形状としての複合樹脂組成物を硬化するための触媒としての少なくとも2つの第3級アミンのブレンドの使用であって、
第3級アミンが、DMEA、DMIPA、DEMA、DMPAおよびTEAから選択され、
各アミンが、10重量%以上、90重量%以下の量で前記ブレンド中に存在し、かつ、
前記ブレンドは、2つのC5第3級アミンを含有しない
ことを特徴とする、使用。 - アミンのブレンドが、DMEA/DMIPA、DMEA/DEMA、DMEA/DMPAおよびDMEA/TEAから選択される、請求項1に記載の使用。
- アミンのブレンドが、50/50 DMEA/DMIPA、20/80 DMEA/DMIPA、10/90 DMEA/DMIPA、50/50 DMEA/DMPA、20/80 DMEA/DMPA、10/90 DMEA/DMPA、50/50 DMEA/DEMA、20/80 DMEA/DEMA、10/90 DMEA/DEMA、50/50 DMEA/TEA、20/80 DMEA/TEA、10/90 DMEA/TEA、80/20 DMEA/TEAおよび90/10 DMEA/TEAから選択される、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- (a)バインダーと凝集体との鋳物混合物を形成する段階と、
(b)段階(a)から得られる鋳物混合物を型に導入することにより鋳物形状を形成する段階と、
(c)成形鋳物混合物と請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも2つの第3級アミンのブレンドを含む硬化触媒とを、液体またはガス形態で接触させる段階と、
(d)凝集体−樹脂混合物を硬く、中実の、硬化した形状に硬化させる段階と、
(e)段階(d)の硬化した鋳物形状を型から取り出す段階と
を含む、コールドボックス法による鋳物形状を調製する方法。 - 段階(c)が、成形鋳物混合物と請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも2つの第3級アミンのブレンドを含む硬化触媒とを、不活性担体と共に接触させるものであり、前記不活性ガス担体が、窒素、空気、および/または二酸化炭素である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 硬化触媒系が、少なくとも2つの第3級アミンのブレンドに加えて、少なくとも別のアミン、すなわち第1級および/または第2級アミンを25%まで含む混合物である、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 硬化触媒系が、0.2重量%未満の水を含有する、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ブレンドが、DMEA/DMIPA、DMEA/DEMA、DMEA/DMPAおよびDMEA/TEAから選択される、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ブレンドが、50/50 DMEA/DMIPA、20/80 DMEA/DMIPA、10/90 DMEA/DMIPA、50/50 DMEA/DMPA、20/80 DMEA/DMPA、10/90 DMEA/DMPA、50/50 DMEA/DEMA、20/80 DMEA/DEMA、10/90 DMEA/DEMA、50/50 DMEA/TEA、20/80 DMEA/TEA、10/90 DMEA/TEA、80/20 DMEA/TEAおよび90/10 DMEA/TEAから選択される、請求項4から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- a)請求項4から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って鋳物形状を調製する段階と、
b)液体状態の前記金属を円形の前記形状に注ぐ段階と、
c)前記金属を冷却し、凝固させる段階と、
d)次いで成形品を分離する段階と
を含むことを特徴とする、金属製品を鋳造する方法。
