Claims (14)
- 検査される患者の体腔内に挿入されるように構成された遠位端と、当該内視鏡の使用者によって保持されるように構成された近位端とを有する内視鏡(1)であって、前記内視鏡は、
a. 前記内視鏡の前記近位端に配置された操作部(2)と、
b. 前記操作部の遠位端に配置された挿入部分(3)と、
c. 前記挿入部分の遠位端に配置された屈曲部分(4)と、
d. 前記操作部と前記屈曲部分との間に配置された2つの制御ワイヤ(40、41)であって、前記制御ワイヤは前記操作部に作られた制御入力部を介して前記屈曲部分の屈曲を制御するために使用される、2つの制御ワイヤ(40、41)と、
をさらに備え、
前記操作部は、
− 前記操作部(2)の筐体内で支持され、旋回軸(22)を中心に旋回可能なように構成されている少なくとも1つのレバー部材(21)と、
− 前記操作部の前記近位端と前記レバー部材の前記旋回軸との間に位置する滑車要素(42)であって、前記滑車要素(42)は、紐や制御ワイヤなどのフレキシブル要素の方向が、前記フレキシブル要素の支持体表面または前記フレキシブル要素が配置される辺りの固定面としての回転輪を有する滑車など、その方向を変えることを可能にする任意の要素である、滑車要素(42)と、
を備え、
− 前記2つの制御ワイヤは、少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材に取り付けられ、第1の前記制御ワイヤ(40)は、前記屈曲部分(4)に向けた方向において少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材(21)から移動し、また前記屈曲部分(4)の遠位端で終端するように構成され、また、第2の前記制御ワイヤ(41)は、前記滑車要素(42)に向けた方向において少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材(21)から移動し、次いで、前記滑車要素周辺を移動し、次いで、前記屈曲部分(4)に向けて移動するように構成されており、
第2の前記制御ワイヤ(41)は、前記屈曲部分(4)の遠位端に至り、また、前記操作部(2)は、前記操作部(2)の筐体の外面上に配置されると共に前記レバー部材(21)に連結される変位可能ボタン(20)を備え、さらに、前記操作部は、前記第1の制御ワイヤ(40)及び前記第2の制御ワイヤ(41)が互いに近接した経路をたどるように構成されており、前記第1の制御ワイヤ(40)及び前記第2の制御ワイヤ(41)が互いに本質的に同じ位置で前記レバー部材(21)に接続されており、且つ、前記第2の制御ワイヤ(41)は、前記レバー部材(21)の前記旋回軸(22)に直交する軸線を中心に折り返すように、前記滑車要素に巻回されていることを特徴とする内視鏡(1)。 - 前記第1および第2の制御ワイヤ(40、41)が、前記旋回軸(22)を通過する平面の同じ側で前記少なくとも1つのレバー部材(21)に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材(21)の前記旋回軸(22)は、前記内視鏡の前記挿入部分(3)の長軸に垂直に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内視鏡(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材(21)への前記第1の制御ワイヤ(40)の取付け箇所と少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材の前記旋回軸(22)とによって定義される第1ベクトルと、少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材(21)へ前記第2の制御ワイヤ(41)の取付け箇所と少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材の旋回軸(22)とによって定義される第2ベクトルと、の間に形成される角度が、120°より小さく、前記角度は前記旋回軸に垂直な所定面上に投影されるベクトルによって決められることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材(21)上の第1制御ワイヤ(40)の取付け箇所から操作部(2)の近位端までの距離と、少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材上の第2制御ワイヤ(41)の取付け箇所から操作部(2)の近位端までの距離と、が本質的に同一であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡(1)。
- 前記操作部(2)は、制御要素(20)および/または少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材(21)が突貫する開口(25)を備える筐体(13、14)を備え、初めて、前記制御要素が少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材(21)へ接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡(1)。
- 前記開口はスロット(25)であり、少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材(21)が、操作部(2)の筐体(14)の内面上に配置される遮蔽部材(46)を備え、前記遮蔽部材は前記操作部の前記筐体の内側から前記スロットを覆い、また、前記遮蔽部材は、少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材(21)と一緒に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の内視鏡(1)。
- 前記操作部(2)は、少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材(21)に接続され、少なくとも1つの前記レバー部材をニュートラルな位置に戻すように構成されるばね部材(31)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡(1)。
- 前記ばね部材(31)は、少なくとも1つの板を具備する板ばね形状であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の内視鏡(1)。
- 前記板ばね(31)は、前記少なくとも1つのレバー部材(21)の前記旋回軸(22)を通過するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項8〜9のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのレバー部材(21)は、前記少なくとも1つのレバー部材の前記旋回軸(22)と同軸に配置される心棒(32)を介して前記操作部内で少なくとも部分的に支持され、かつ、前記操作部(2)内に配置される支持部材(35a、35b)内で支持されており、また前記心棒は前記ばね部材(31)に連結されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の内視鏡(1)。
- 前記操作部(2)は、少なくとも2つの板ばね(31)を備え、前記板ばねそれぞれは、少なくとも1つの板を具備し、前記少なくとも1つのレバー部材(21)の前記旋回軸(22)に垂直に配置される所定面の両側に配置され、前記板ばねは、前記少なくとも1つのレバー部材の前回旋回軸を通過するように配置され、前記少なくとも1つのレバー部材は、前記板ばねの中間で前記板ばねに連結され、前記板ばねの端部は、前記操作部(2)内で支持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡(1)。
- 前記板ばね(31)の前記端部(33)は、前記操作部の筐体の上部カバー部分(14)と、前記操作部の筐体の底部カバー部分(13)とに挟まれることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の内視鏡(1)。
- 制御ワイヤ(40、41)が、2つのボーデンケーブル集合体の一部であり、前記ボーデンケーブルのシース(44、45)に端部において、当該内視鏡の操作部(2)内に調節可能に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡(1)。
