Description
また、下記特許文献8から、高Mn含有鋼の場合に、該鋼に付着した酸化膜は、塩酸溶液中での酸洗いにより除去できることが知られている。
Claims (19)
- 6〜30重量%のMnを含有する熱間圧延平鋼材または冷間圧延平鋼材に、溶融浴中での溶融めっきにより金属保護層をコーティングする方法において、平鋼材が、溶融浴に入る前に酸洗い処理を受け、この酸洗い処理において、平鋼材は少なくとも2つの酸洗い浴に曝され、酸洗い浴は、各場合に20〜200g/lのHClまたはH 2 SO 4 および任意であるが10〜200g/lのFeを含有し、第2酸洗い浴の酸濃度は第1酸洗い浴の酸濃度より高く、これにより、平鋼材に付着した酸化マンガンが除去されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記酸洗い処理はパス法で完了されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記酸洗い浴中での平鋼材の滞留時間は、単位長さ当たり5〜60秒であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記酸洗い浴の温度は40〜90℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記平鋼材は、溶融浴に入る前に乾燥されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記平鋼材は、溶融浴に入る前に浴入口温度に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記平鋼材は、浴入口温度に加熱されるときに、最初に、浴入口温度より高いピーク加熱温度まで加熱され、次に、ピーク加熱温度から浴入口温度に冷却されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記加熱中の表面温度は700℃を超えないことを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記浴入口温度への加熱は、平鋼材の表面を酸化から保護する保護雰囲気下で行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記保護雰囲気は、窒素および5〜30体積%の水素から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記保護雰囲気の露点は、−50〜−15℃であることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記平鋼材は、酸洗い処理前に、冷間圧延されかつ再結晶化焼きなましを受けることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記溶融めっきは、溶融亜鉛めっきとして行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記溶融めっきは、溶融アルミめっきとして行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記溶融アルミめっき後に得られる保護層上に、亜鉛層が付着されることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記酸洗い処理はパス法で完了されることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記平鋼材は、1.6重量%以下のC、6〜30重量%のMn、10重量%以下のAl、10重量%以下のNi、10重量%以下のCr、8重量%以下のSi、3重量%以下のCu、0.6重量%以下のNb、0.3重量%以下のTi、0.3重量%以下のV、0.1重量%以下のP、0.01重量%以下のB、1.0重量%以下のN、および残余のFeおよび不可避の不純物を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記平鋼材は、1.00重量%以下のC、20.0〜30.0重量%のMn、0.5重量%以下のAl、0.5重量%以下のSi、0.01重量%以下のB、3.0重量%以下のNi、10.0重量%以下のCr、3.0重量%以下のCu、0.6重量%以下のN、0.3重量%以下のNb、0.3重量%以下のTi、0.3重量%以下のV、0.1重量%以下のP、および残余のFeおよび不可避の不純物を含有していることを特徴とする請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記平鋼材は、1.00重量%以下のC、7.00〜30.00重量%のMn、0.01重量%以下のB、8.00重量%以下のNi、3.00重量%以下のCu、0.60重量%以下のN、0.30重量%以下のNb、0.30重量%以下のTi、0.30重量%以下のV、0.01重量%以下のP、並びに1.00〜10.00重量%のAl、および2.50〜8.00重量%のSi(ここで、Al含有量とSi含有量との合計は、3.50〜12.00重量%である)、および残余のFeおよび不可避の不純物を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項記載の方法。
