Description

上記導光チューブの上記内管内に配置され、上記導光チューブの長さにわたって延在する少なくとも1つの光ファイバと、
上記カテーテル本体の上記窓内に配置された膨張可能なバルーンとを備えるレーザーカテーテル。

偏心バルーンカテーテルは、遠位端、導光部、及び上記カテーテルに偏心して結合されるバルーンを含むカテーテル本体を有し、
上記偏心バルーンカテーテルを血管に挿入する段階と、
上記偏心バルーンカテーテルを上記血管内で標的物の近くに位置させる段階と、
上記バルーンに生体適合性材料を注入することにより上記バルーンを膨らませる段階とを備え、
膨らんだ上記バルーンで上記血管の内壁に押し付け、上記カテーテルの上記遠位端を上記血管内で軸方向に移動させる方法。

上記カテーテル本体を、膨らんだ上記バルーンに対して前進させる段階をさらに備える項目21に記載の方法。
[項目23]
矯正スタイレットを上記カテーテル本体に挿入する段階を更に備える項目21に記載の方法。

Claims (9)
- 中心軸、遠位端、近位端、及びカテーテル本体の外周部内において前記遠位端の近位に設けられた空洞を有するカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体の前記遠位端においてポートを有し、前記カテーテル本体の前記中心軸に対して偏心して配置されるインナーチューブと、
前記カテーテル本体内に配置され、前記近位端から前記遠位端まで延在する導光部と、
前記空洞内に配置されたバルーンと
を備え、
前記空洞は、前記カテーテル本体の前記外周部の一部が切断されたものであり、
前記バルーンは、前記空洞の内部で膨らみ、
膨らまされた前記バルーンの一部は、前記カテーテル本体の前記遠位端の近位で前記空洞の外部へ拡張し、
膨らまされた前記バルーンは、前記カテーテル本体と滑動可能に結合され
前記カテーテル本体は、膨らまされた前記バルーンに対して移動可能であり、膨らまされた前記バルーンは前記カテーテル本体に対して移動可能であり、
膨らまされた前記バルーンは、前記カテーテル本体の前記遠位端の近位に留まる
レーザーカテーテル。 - 前記空洞に近接して結合された矯正スタイレットを前記カテーテル本体に更に備える請求項1に記載のレーザーカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンは、前記インナーチューブの少なくとも一部を囲む請求項1または2に記載のレーザーカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンは、内管を有し、
前記内管の少なくとも一部は、前記インナーチューブの少なくとも一部を囲む請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載のレーザーカテーテル。 - 前記カテーテル本体内に配置され、前記バルーンと結合して、前記バルーンに空気を供給するよう構成されたバルーンチューブを更に備える請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のレーザーカテーテル。
- 前記インナーチューブが少なくとも一部前記空洞から露出するように、前記空洞が、前記インナーチューブに近接して設けられている請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のレーザーカテーテル。
- 前記導光部は、少なくとも1つの光ファイバを有する請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のレーザーカテーテル。
- 前記インナーチューブは、前記カテーテル本体の前記近位端から前記遠位端に向かって延在している請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載のレーザーカテーテル。
- 前記導光部の前記近位端に接続されたレーザーを更に備える請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載のレーザーカテーテル。
