Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- バルーンの収縮時にカテーテルチューブ上でバルーンカテーテルのバルーンを折り畳むための器具であって、
該バルーンの先端側の該カテーテルチューブ上に配置可能な第1バンドと、
該バルーンの基端側の該カテーテルチューブ上に配置可能な第2バンドと、
バルーンの膨張時に該バルーン上で拡張し、かつ、該バルーンの収縮時に該カテーテルチューブ上で該バルーンを折り畳むために、該第1バンドおよび第2バンドに対して連結された少なくとも1個の弾性部材とを備える器具。 - 前記少なくとも1個の弾性部材は、前記バルーンの周面に沿って均一に配置された複数の弾性部材である請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記バルーンは少なくとも1つの刃を有するカッティングバルーンであり、前記少なくとも1個の弾性部材は、同弾性部材を貫通して該刃が延びることを可能にするスロットを備える請求項1に記載の器具。
- 組織を切開するための刃をさらに備え、該刃は前記弾性部材に取り付けられる請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記カテーテルチューブは外径Dを有することと、前記バンドは弾性材料から形成されることと、前記バンドの各々は内径dを有して、前記バンドの各々を前記カテーテルチューブに対して連結するために、応力を受けていない状態において、該外径Dは該内径dよりも大きいこととを特徴とする請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記カテーテルチューブは長手方向の軸線を画定し、前記バルーンが収縮した状態にある時に、前記バンドの各々は軸線方向において整合される請求項1に記載の器具。
- バルーンカテーテルを加工する方法であって、
カテーテルチューブ上にバルーンを取り付ける工程と、
該カテーテルチューブ上に第1および第2バンドを配置する工程と、該第1バンドは該バルーンの先端側に配置され、該第2バンドは該バルーンの基端側に配置されることと、
該バルーンの膨張時に該バルーン上で拡張させるために該バルーン上に少なくとも1個の弾性部材を配置する工程と、該少なくとも1個の弾性部材は、該バルーンの収縮時に該カテーテルチューブ上で該バルーンを折り畳むために、該第1バンドおよび第2バンドに対して連結されることとからなる方法。 - 前記少なくとも1個の弾性部材は、前記バルーンの周面に沿って均一に配置された複数の弾性部材である請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記バルーンは少なくとも1つの刃を備えるカッティングバルーンであり、前記少なくとも1個の弾性部材は、同弾性部材を貫通して該刃が延びることを可能にするスロットを備える請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記カテーテルは、組織を切開するために前記弾性部材に取り付けられた刃をさらに備える請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記カテーテルチューブは外径Dを有することと、前記バンドは弾性材料から形成されることと、前記バンドの各々は内径dを有し、前記バンドの各々を前記カテーテルチューブに対して連結するために、応力を受けていない状態において、該外径Dは該内径dよりも大きいこととを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記カテーテルチューブは長手方向の軸線を画定し、前記バルーンが収縮した状態にある時に、前記弾性部材の各々は軸線方向において整合される請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記バルーンは弾性材料から形成される請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記バルーンは非弾性材料から形成される請求項7に記載の方法。
- 複数の切開用刃を有するカッティングバルーンを収縮時にカテーテルチューブ上で折り畳むための器具であって、
該カッティングバルーンの先端側の該カテーテルチューブ上に配置可能な第1バンドと、
該カッティングバルーンの基端側の該カテーテルチューブ上に配置可能な第2バンドと、
該第1バンドおよび第2バンドに対して連結された複数の弾性部材とを備え、これら弾性部材の各々は、各刃が貫通して延びることを可能にするスロットを備え、該複数の弾性部材は、バルーンの膨張時に該バルーン上で拡張し、該カッティングバルーンの収縮時に該カテーテルチューブ上で該カッティングバルーンを折り畳むことを特徴とする器具。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記カッティングバルーンの周面に沿って均一に配置される請求項15に記載の器具。
- 前記カテーテルチューブは外径Dを有することと、前記バンドは弾性材料から形成されることと、前記バンドの各々は、内径dを有し、前記バンドの各々をカテーテルチューブに対して連結するために、応力を受けていない状態において、該外径Dは該内径dよりも大きいこととを特徴とする請求項15に記載の器具。
- 前記カテーテルチューブは長手方向の軸線を画定し、前記バルーンが収縮した状態にある時に、前記弾性部材の各々は軸線方向において整合される請求項15に記載の器具。
- 前記弾性部材の各々はシラスティック(登録商標silastic)材料から形成される請求項15に記載の器具。
- 前記複数の弾性部材は4個の弾性部材である請求項15に記載の器具。
