Description
エチレンカーボネート(EC):ジエチルカーボネート( DEC)=1:1重量比の1M LiPF6溶液100重量部当り、ε−カプロラクタム(化5)1.0重量部及び1,3−プロパンスルトン1.0重量部を添加して、電解液を製造した。
1,3−プロパンスルトンの代り、エチレンサルファイトを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様な方法により電解液を製造した。
ε−カプロラクタムを単独に用いた以外は、実施例1と同様な方法により電解液を製造した。
ε−カプロラクタム及び1,3−プロパンスルトンの代り、N−アセチルカプロラクタム1.0重量部を単独に用いた以外は、実施例1と同様な方法により電解液を製造した。
1,3−プロパンスルトンを単独に用いた以外は、実施例1と同様な方法により電解液を製造した。
エチレンサルファイトを単独に用いた以外は、実施例2と同様な方法により電解液を製造した。
電解液にどんな化合物も添加していない以外は、実施例1と同様な方法により電解液を製造した。
本発明で用いられたラクタム系化合物及びスルフィニル基含有化合物の還元電位を、下記のように測定した。
実施例1〜実施例3及び比較例1〜比較例5で製造された電解液、正極としてLiCoO2、負極として人造黒鉛を用いて、通常の方法によりコイン状の電池を製造した。製造されたコイン状の電池を、35℃で0.5Cで100回の充放電を行い、初期容量に対し容量維持率を下記の表2に示した。
実施例1〜実施例3及び比較例1〜比較例5で製造された電解液、正極としてLiCoO2、負極として人造黒鉛を用いて、通常の方法によりアルミニウムパウチ状バイセル(bicell)を製造した。製造された電池を満充電して、90℃で6時間保存した後、電池の厚さの増加幅を下記の表2に示した。
実施例1〜実施例3及び比較例1〜比較例5で製造した電解液、正極として人造黒鉛、負極としてリチウムホイルを用いて、通常の方法によりコイン状の半電池を製造した。製造されたコイン状の半電池を、23℃で0.2Cで充放電を3回行った後、放電状態で電池を分解して負極を採取した。
Claims (6)
- 電解質塩及び電解質溶媒を含んでなるリチウム二次電池用電解液であって、
前記電解液が、添加剤として、ラクタム系化合物及びスルフィニル基含有化合物を同時に含んでなり、
前記ラクタム系化合物が、下記の化1で表されるものであり、
前記スルフィニル基含有化合物が、サルファイト及びスルトンからなる群より選択されてなるものであり、
前記ラクタム系化合物の含量が、電解液100重量部当り0.05〜10重量部であり、
前記スルフィニル基含有化合物の含量が、電解液100重量部当り0.5〜5重量部であり、
前記電解質溶媒が、環状カーボネート、直鎖状カーボネート、エーテル、鎖状エステル、アセトニトリル及びケトンからなる群から選択されてなる一種以上のものであることを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池用電解液。

Xは、水素、アセチル基、C1〜C10のアルキル基、及びC2〜C10のアルケニル基からなる群より選択されてなるものである。〕 - 前記ラクタム系化合物及びスルフィニル基含有化合物のリチウム対還元電位の差が、0〜0.7Vであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解液。
- 前記ラクタム系化合物及びスルフィニル基含有化合物のリチウム対還元電位の差が、0〜0.5Vであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解液。
- 前記ラクタム系化合物が、ε−カプロラクタム、N−メチルカプロラクタム、N−ビニルカプロラクタム、及びN−アセチルカプロラクタムからなる群より選択されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解液。
- 前記スルフィニル基含有化合物が、エチレンサルファイト、プロピレンサルファイト、プロパンスルトン、ブタンスルトン、プロペンスルトンからなる群より選択されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解液。
- 正極と、負極と、及び電解液を備えてなるリチウム二次電池であって、
前記電解液が請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解液を備えてなることを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池。
