Description
図1は、本発明におけるベースブラケットの例を示す斜視図である。ベースブラケット1は、略矩形ボックス形状で、上部に変速レバーをガイド移動する変速レバーガイド孔1aが形成され、下部側面にはブッシュを取り付けるためのブッシュ取付け孔1bとブッシュの係止突起が嵌合される結合孔1cがそれぞれ開口して形成されている。

Claims (1)
- ベースブラケットに離脱可能に取り付けられたブッシュに、変速レバーアセンブリーのヒンジ軸が回転可能に嵌められて支持され、
前記ブッシュが、
前記ヒンジ軸が嵌められて取り付けられるブッシュボディーと、
前記ブッシュボディーの両側に一体に突出して形成され、前記ベースブラケットに形成された結合孔に挿入されて組立てられると共に、所定以上の衝撃が加えられた時に破壊する係止突起と、を有し、
前記ベースブラケットは、前記ブッシュが嵌められて組立てられるブッシュ取付け孔を有し、前記ブッシュ取付け孔は、前記ブッシュボディーの下部両側エッジを収容して前記ブッシュを支持するとともに、所定以上の衝撃が加えられたとき破壊する支持突起が内側に突出て形成されていることを特徴とする変速レバーの衝撃低減装置。
