Claims (6)
- ロールを金属帯表面に押付けて塗布液を塗布するロール式コーター装置において、ロールの左右端をそれぞれ支持する左右のスタンドの間を連結する連結部材であって、架台とは別に設けられた連結部材が設けられていて、その連結部材が左右いずれかのスタンドまたは両方のスタンドに対してロールの金属帯押付け方向に移動可能になっていることを特徴とするロール式コーター装置。
- ロールを金属帯表面に押付けて塗布液を塗布するロール式コーター装置において、ロールの左右端をそれぞれ支持する左右のスタンドの間を連結する連結部材であって、架台とは別に設けられた連結部材が設けられていて、その連結部材が左右いずれかのスタンドまたは両方のスタンドに対してロールの金属帯押付け方向に摺動可能になっていることを特徴とするロール式コーター装置。
- ロールを金属帯表面に押付けて塗布液を塗布するロール式コーター装置において、ロールの左右端をそれぞれ支持する左右のスタンドの間を連結する連結部材であって、架台とは別に設けられた連結部材と、該連結部材と左右いずれかのスタンドまたは両方のスタンドとの連結部に、ロールの金属帯押付け方向に移動可能とする連結部材用移動手段とを備えたことを特徴とするロール式コーター装置。
- 前記連結部材用移動手段は、転がり直動案内軸受けであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のロール式コーター装置。
- 金属帯上に形成した皮膜の膜厚値を測定する測定手段と、前記膜厚値とラインスピードの値を入力して、前記膜厚値が予め設定した範囲内になるようにロール周速、ロール間ギャップ、ロールの押付け力を調整する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のロール式コーター装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のロール式コーター装置を用いて金属帯表面に塗布液を塗布することによって塗装金属帯を製造することを特徴とする塗装金属帯の製造方法。
