Claims (6)
- 弁ケーシングに沿ってスプールを変位させることにより油圧ポートと出力ポートとの間を接離する弁本体と、カム部材を連結した操作レバーを有する操作手段とから構成され、前記弁本体の端板部に支軸を立設し、前記操作レバーをユニバーサルジョイントにより前記支軸に連結する構成となし、前記操作手段と前記端板部との間に弾性部材からなるブーツを介装する構成としたものにおいて、
前記端板部は取付部材に着脱可能に固定されるものであり、
前記ブーツは、その両端が先端側固定部及び根元側固定部で、これら両固定部の間は蛇腹部となし、
前記操作手段の前記カム部の外周面に止着溝を形成して、前記ブーツの先端側固定部をこの止着溝に挿入させることにより固定し、また前記取付部材には、前記ブーツの前記先端側固定部を装着させた前記操作手段が挿通可能な開口部を形成し、前記端板部と前記取付部材との間に前記根元側固定部を挟持させるようになし、
前記取付部材を複数のボルトで前記弁本体に固定し、
前記ブーツを構成する前記蛇腹部は一部に凹状窪み部を有する構成とした
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のパイロットバルブ装置。 - 弁ケーシングに沿ってスプールを変位させることにより油圧ポートと出力ポートとの間を接離する弁本体と、カム部材を連結した操作レバーを有する操作手段とから構成され、前記弁本体の端板部に支軸を立設し、前記操作レバーをユニバーサルジョイントにより前記支軸に連結する構成となし、前記操作手段と前記端板部との間に弾性部材からなるブーツを介装する構成としたものにおいて、
前記端板部は取付部材に着脱可能に固定されるものであり、
前記ブーツは、その両端が先端側固定部及び根元側固定部で、これら両固定部の間は蛇腹部となし、
前記操作手段の前記カム部の外周面に止着溝を形成して、前記ブーツの先端側固定部をこの止着溝に挿入させることにより固定し、また前記取付部材には、前記ブーツの前記先端側固定部を装着させた前記操作手段が挿通可能な開口部を形成し、
前記ブーツの根元側固定部には、前記天板部の前記開口部の端壁と係合する係合溝が設けられて、この係合溝に前記取付部材の前記開口部を係合させることによって、前記端板部と前記取付部材との間に前記根元側固定部を挟持させるようになし、
前記係合溝と前記開口部とを非円形状とすることによって、前記ブーツを前記開口部に装着したときに、その方向を調整した状態に位置決め保持し、
前記取付部材を複数のボルトで前記弁本体に固定する
構成としたことを特徴とするパイロットバルブ装置。 - 建設機械の運転室にコンソールボックスを設け、前記取付部材はこのコンソールボックスの天板部として構成され、前記操作手段は前記天板部の下部側から前記開口部を介して突出させるようにして装着する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
- 前記蛇腹部は円筒形状となし、前記先端側固定部はこの蛇腹部に連設された円環状の厚肉部から構成し、また前記根元側固定部は四角形のシート状となし、前記ボルトは各角隅部に装着する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
- 前記端板部と前記取付部材との間には、前記ブーツの根元側固定部を挟持させたときに、この根元側固定部の圧縮量を規制する規制部を介装する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
- 前記端板部と前記取付部材との間に前記根元側固定部を挟持させて、前記取付部材を複数のボルトで前記弁本体に固定するようになし、前記規制部は前記弁端板と前記天板部との間に介装したワッシャから構成したことを特徴とする請求項5記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
