Claims (10)
- 弁ケーシングに沿ってスプールを変位させることにより油圧ポートと出力ポートとの間を接離する弁本体と、カム部材を連結した操作レバーを有する操作手段とから構成され、前記弁本体の端板部に支軸を立設し、前記操作レバーをユニバーサルジョイントにより前記支軸に連結する構成となし、前記操作手段と前記端板部との間に弾性部材からなるブーツを介装する構成としたものにおいて、
前記端板部は取付部材に着脱可能に固定されるものであり、
前記ブーツの一端部は前記操作手段に連結し、他端部は前記端板部と前記取付部材との間に挟持させるようにして固定する
構成としたことを特徴とするパイロットバルブ装置。 - 前記ブーツは、その両端部はそれぞれ先端側固定部及び根元側固定部で、これら両固定部の間は蛇腹部となし、前記操作手段の前記カム部の外周面に止着溝を形成して、前記ブーツの先端側固定部をこの止着溝に挿入させることにより固定し、また前記取付部材には、前記ブーツの前記先端側固定部を装着させた前記操作手段が挿通可能な開口部を形成し、前記端板部と前記取付部材との間に前記根元側固定部を挟持させて、前記取付部材を複数のボルトで前記弁本体に固定する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
- 建設機械の運転室にコンソールボックスを設け、前記取付部材はこのコンソールボックスの天板部として構成され、前記操作手段は前記天板部の下部側から前記開口部を介して突出させるようにして装着する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
- 前記蛇腹部は円筒形状となし、前記先端側固定部はこの蛇腹部に連設された円環状の厚肉部から構成し、また前記根元側固定部は四角形のシート状となし、前記ボルトは各角隅部に装着する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
- 前記ブーツを構成する前記蛇腹部は複数の円弧状部と、相隣接する円弧状部間であって、前記ボルトの装着部の位置に形成した凹状窪み部とを有する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
- 前記取付部材の開口部を前記ブーツの蛇腹部の外形と相似形状とすることによって、前記ボルトにより前記弁本体を前記取付部材に固定する際に、前記取付部材のボルト挿通孔と前記弁本体に設けたねじ孔との間の調芯を可能とする構成としたことを特徴とする請求項5記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
- 前記ブーツの根元側固定部に前記天板部の前記開口部の端壁と係合する浅い係合溝が設けられ、この係合溝は前記ブーツを前記開口部に装着したときに、その方向を調整した状態に位置決め保持する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
- 前記端板部と前記取付部材との間には、前記ブーツの根元側固定部を挟持させたときに、この根元側固定部の圧縮量を規制する規制部を介装する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
- 前記規制部は、前記弁端板に突出するように形成した段差部であることを特徴とする請求項8記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
- 前記端板部と前記取付部材との間に前記根元側固定部を挟持させて、前記取付部材を複数のボルトで前記弁本体に固定するようになし、前記規制部は前記弁端板と前記天板部との間に介装したワッシャから構成したことを特徴とする請求項8記載のパイロットバルブ装置。
