Description
以下、本発明の第1の実施の形態を図1乃至図6を参照して説明する。図1は本実施の形態の電動湾曲内視鏡装置1のシステム全体の概略構成図である。本実施形態の電動湾曲内視鏡装置1は、主に電動湾曲内視鏡2と、光源装置3と、ビデオプロセッサ4と、電磁弁ユニット5と、システム電源6とを有する。
次に、本出願の他の特徴的な技術事項を下記の通り付記する。

(付記項1) 内視鏡の挿入部の先端側に設けた湾曲部を湾曲動作させる電気的な湾曲駆動手段が組み込まれた電動湾曲内視鏡に設けられ、前記湾曲部に対する湾曲動作を指示入力する湾曲操作入力手段を有する電動湾曲内視鏡の操作装置において、前記湾曲操作入力手段の装置本体と、前記装置本体から外部に突出され、操作者が操作可能な操作軸を有し、前記操作軸の基端部が前記装置本体内に回動支点を中心に回動可能に軸支されたジョイスティックと、前記回動支点を中心に前記操作軸を回動させる際の前記操作軸の傾動操作量を検出する操作量検出手段と、前記操作量検出手段の検出結果に基づき前記湾曲駆動手段を駆動する駆動手段と、前記操作軸の中途部に係合される係合部を有し、前記操作軸の傾動操作時に前記操作軸と一体的に動作する移動部材と、前記移動部材が移動可能に挿入され、前記移動部材の移動時に前記移動部材の摺動抵抗を増大させる抵抗体を保持する抵抗体保持手段と、を具備することを特徴とする電動湾曲内視鏡の操作装置。
Claims (11)
- 抵抗体を保持する抵抗体保持手段と、
前記抵抗体保持手段によって保持された抵抗体に接触するとともに、抵抗体に対して移動可能な移動部を備えた移動部材と、
前記移動部が移動する移動面とは異なる位置に配置され、所定の回動軸を中心に回動可能な回動部と、
前記回動部から前記移動面を貫いて延出され、操作者が操作可能な操作部を有する操作軸と、
前記操作軸を進退可能に嵌合する嵌合穴部を備えた嵌合部と、
前記操作軸の延出方向に対して鋭角な方向で前記嵌合部と前記移動部材の前記移動部とを連結する連結部と、
前記操作軸の移動量を検出する移動量検出手段と、
前記移動量検出手段の検出結果に基づき駆動する駆動手段と、
を具備したことを特徴とする操作装置。 - 前記移動部材は、板状部材によって形成されるとともに、前記板状部材を貫通する前記嵌合孔部としての貫通孔が形成され、
前記貫通孔の周囲には、前記貫通孔を前記操作軸に対して鋭角の方向で接触させる前記連結部としての傾斜部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作装置。 - 前記移動部材は、ドーム状に形成されたドーム状部材によって成るとともに、前記ドーム状部材を貫通する前記嵌合部としての貫通孔が形成され、
前記抵抗体保持手段は、前記ドーム状部材に沿った円弧状の断面形状を有する内面を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作装置。 - 前記操作軸は、前記操作軸の軸方向に移動可能に嵌合する前記嵌合部としての中空体を備え、
前記連結部は、前記中空体と前記移動部を連結させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作装置。 - 前記移動部材は、板状部材によって形成されるとともに、前記板状部材を貫通する貫通孔が形成され、
前記貫通孔の周囲には、前記中空体を前記操作軸に対して鋭角の方向から保持する前記連結部としての傾斜部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の操作装置。 - 前記中空体は、外周面に球状を成す球面部を備え、
前記移動部材は、板状部材によって形成されるとともに、前記板状部材を貫通する貫通孔が形成され、
前記貫通孔の周囲には、前記中空体を前記操作軸に対して鋭角の方向から回動可能に保持する前記連結部としての保持部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の操作装置。 - 前記操作装置の本体は、前記操作軸を任意の傾動角度に傾動させた傾動位置で、前記操作軸の動作を停止させるブレーキ手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作装置。
- 前記ブレーキ手段は、前記操作軸の傾動操作時に前記操作軸と一体的に動作するブレーキ用移動部材と、
前記ブレーキ用移動部材に対して接離可能に設けられた当接部材と、
ブレーキ操作状態と、ブレーキ解除状態とを切換え操作し、前記ブレーキ操作時に前記ブレーキ用移動部材に前記当接部材を圧接状態で当接させるブレーキ操作部と
を具備することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の操作装置。 - 前記ブレーキ用移動部材は、前記移動部材が移動する移動面とは異なる第2の移動面に沿って移動する第2の移動部材を備え、
前記ブレーキ操作部は、前記ブレーキ操作時に前記第2の移動部材に前記当接部材を圧接状態で当接させて前記第2の移動部材の移動を停止させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の操作装置。 - 前記第2の移動部材は、前記操作軸を進退可能に嵌合する嵌合穴部を備えた球状連結部材と、この球状連結部材の球面に前記操作軸の軸方向と直交する方向から傾斜させた傾斜状態で接触させる傾斜状態接触部を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の操作装置。
- 前記ブレーキ手段は、前記移動部材に対して接離可能に設けられた当接部材と、
ブレーキ操作状態と、ブレーキ解除状態とを切換え操作し、前記ブレーキ操作時に前記当接部材を前記移動部材に圧接状態で当接させるブレーキ操作部を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の操作装置。
