Claims (4)
- 流路を切り換えるための流路切換弁であって、
互いに反対側の面に開口し直線状の第1油路を介して互いに連通する第1開口部および第2開口部、並びに前記互いに反対側の面と異なる面に開口し前記第1油路に対して垂直状に形成された第2油路を介して連通する第3開口部を有するブロック状のボディと、
前記ボディに対して回動可能に設けられ、回動位置により、前記第1開口部、前記第2開口部、および前記第3開口部の3つの開口部のうちの2つの開口部を互いに連通させる連通流路が形成された弁体と、
前記弁体の回動範囲を規制することで、前記弁体の回動位置を、前記3つの開口部から選択される2つの開口部の組合せのうち第1の組合せの開口部同士が前記連通流路により連通する回動位置と、前記第1の組合せとは異なる前記組合せである第2の組合せの開口部同士が前記連通流路により連通する回動位置とのいずれかの回動位置に選択するための選択部と、を備え、
前記選択部として、
前記第2油路に対して前記第1開口部側に位置する第1の弁体位置決め部と、
前記第2油路に対して前記第2開口部側に位置する第2の弁体位置決め部と、のいずれか一方が用いられる
流路切換弁。 - 前記選択部は、前記ボディに対して着脱可能な部材である回動規制部材を前記ボディに取り付けることにより設けられるものであり、
前記ボディは、前記回動規制部材の取付部として、
前記第1の組合せを、前記第1開口部および前記第2開口部とし、前記第2の組合せを、前記第1開口部および前記第3開口部とする第1取付部と、
前記第1の組合せを、前記第1開口部および前記第2開口部とし、前記第2の組合せを、前記第2開口部および前記第3開口部とする第2取付部と、を有する
請求項1に記載の流路切換弁。 - 前記弁体は、前記ボディから突出した部分である弁体突出部を有し、
前記弁体突出部には、前記弁体の回動軸方向に直交する平面に沿う方向に貫通した孔部が形成されている
請求項1または請求項2に記載の流路切換弁。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の流路切換弁を備えた建設機械であって、
走行装置と、
前記走行装置の前側に設けられ、作業用のアタッチメントを着脱可能に支持するアーム部を含むフロント作業装置と、
前記アーム部に設けられ、作動油の供給を受けて動作する油圧駆動装置と、を備え、
前記流路切換弁として、
前記アーム部の左右一側の側面に取り付けられ、前記第1開口部に、前記走行装置側から延設され、前記油圧駆動装置または前記アタッチメントに作動油を供給するための供給用の油管の接続を受ける第1流路切換弁と、
前記アーム部の左右他側の側面に取り付けられ、前記第2開口部に、前記走行装置側から延設され、前記油圧駆動装置または前記アタッチメントから排出された作動油を戻すための排出用の油管の接続を受ける第2流路切換弁と、を備える
建設機械。
