Description
この場合、基材のサイズに基づいて複数の所望される四角形ユニットを裁断する際に、カッターフレームに構成される構造次第で、すなわち、基材から四角形ユニット片を切るためのカッターの構造次第で裁断効率が大きく変動する。低い裁断効率は、裁断工程の後に廃棄される、基材から生み出される廃棄品の量を増加し、さらにはその結果、四角形ユニット片の製造コストが増加する。
その結果、大量生産中に欠陥位置に基づいて裁断機を迅速に移動することが可能であり、従って、四角形ユニット片の欠陥率を最小化し、製造効率を大きく向上させる。
しかしながら、本発明の範囲は図示する実施形態によって限定されないことに留意されたい。
裁断機304bが移動されるそれぞれの位置における生産量が算出され、最大生産量を有する位置の1つを取得する。
上記の説明から明らかであるように、本発明による四角形ユニット片を製造する方法は、線裁断機と四角形基材との間の関係を考慮した固有の欠陥パターンを有する特定の四角形基材に対して対応する裁断機を使用する際に、仮想的な裁断状態を設定する効果を有し、これにより、四角形基材を実際に裁断することなく、最適な裁断効果を示す裁断機を選定する。また、本発明による四角形ユニット片を製造する方法は、選定した裁断機を使用して四角形ユニット片を裁断する作用を有し、これにより、欠陥率を最小化する一方で高度な生産性を提供する。

Claims (19)
- 複数のカッターを備える裁断機を使用して、所定サイズを有する四角形基材から該四角形基材よりも小さなサイズを有する1種類以上の四角形ユニット片を裁断して前記四角形ユニット片を製造する方法であって、当該方法は、
(a)前記四角形基材上の欠陥の位置を確認するために、前記四角形基材の長手方向および短手方向において前記四角形基材をスキャンする検査ステップと、
(b)2つ以上の種類の前記裁断機を使用して前記四角形基材を仮想的に裁断した際の生産量を算出する計算ステップと、
(c)前記計算ステップで算出された生産量が最大生産量の70%以上の範囲内になる前記裁断機の1つを選択する選定ステップと、
(d)前記選定ステップで選択された前記裁断機を使用して前記四角形基材を裁断して、前記四角形ユニット片を製造する製造ステップと、
を備え、
前記裁断機が前記四角形基材の長手方向および/または短手方向に仮想的に移動される状態において前記四角形基材を裁断する裁断ステップをさらに備え、前記裁断ステップが前記選定ステップ(c)の前に実施されることを特徴とする四角形ユニット片を製造する方法。 - 前記選定ステップ(c)が、最大生産量をもたらす前記裁断機の1つを選択するステップを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カッターそれぞれが、裁断のための刃または裁断のための光源であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記裁断のための刃が金属刃またはウォータージェットであり、また、前記裁断のための光源がレーザーであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記計算ステップ(b)において、前記裁断機それぞれが、前記カッターの配置および/または前記カッターのサイズに関して互いに異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記四角形ユニット片が、前記四角形基材に対して所定の傾斜角度(θ)で前記四角形基材から裁断されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載に方法。
- 前記傾斜角度(θ)が、前記四角形基材の下端に対して45°または135°であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記傾斜角度(θ)が、前記四角形基材の下端に対して0°または90°であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記裁断機の仮想的な移動が、前記四角形基材の裁断開始端から前記裁断機を所定距離で離間するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記裁断機の仮想的な移動が、通常の順番において前記四角形基材の上端または下端から前記裁断機を所定間隔で離間するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記四角形基材の長手方向において前記四角形基材上の欠陥の分布を考慮して、前記四角形基材の長手方向における欠陥の分布が比較的高い領域を除外する位置に前記四角形基材の裁断開示端から前記裁断機を仮想的に移動するステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記四角形基材の幅の0.1%〜5%の移動間隔で前記裁断機を仮想的に移動するステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記移動間隔が0.2cm〜5cmであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記四角形基材の短手方向において、前記生産量が最大になる位置に前記裁断機を移動するステップと、前記生産量が前記製造ステップ(d)において前記四角形基材の長手方向で変化する際に、前記四角形基材を裁断するステップと、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 生産量の偏差が20%以上の際に、前記四角形基材の前記短手方向において前記裁断機を移動するステップさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記裁断機が、前記四角形基材の前記長手方向に対して前記四角形基材の前記短手方向において3回以下移動されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記四角形基材が、所定の幅および長さを有する連続した材料であり、前記カッターが、所定長さで前記四角形基材を繰り返し裁断する構造で配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記四角形基材が、前記四角形基材の前記長手方向または前記短手方向における光波または電磁波の特定方向の波動のみを吸収または透過する層(吸収層または透過層)を具備するフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 所定サイズを有する四角形基材から該四角形基材よりも小さなサイズを有する1種類以上の四角形ユニット片を裁断し、前記四角形ユニット片を製造するための装置であって、当該装置は、
前記四角形基材上の欠陥の位置を確認するために、前記四角形基材の長手方向および短手方向において前記四角形基材をスキャンする検査装置と、
2つ以上の裁断機上の情報を記憶するデータベースと、
前記検査装置および前記データベースからの情報に基づいて前記裁断機それぞれを使用して前記四角形基材を仮想的に裁断する際の生産量を算出する計算装置と、
前記四角形基材から複数の前記四角形ユニット片を裁断する複数のカッターと、
前記四角形基材の長手方向および/または短手方向に仮想的に移動され、前記複数のカッターが前記四角形ユニット片に一致する形状に取り付けられた裁断機と、
前記複数のカッターが取り付けられた前記裁断機を前記四角形基材上で移動する位置調整装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。
