Description
Claims (7)
- 切断フレームを使用する連続的な切断工程により、45度である傾斜角度で、長いベース材料シートから一種以上の長方形の単位断片を製造する方法であって、
(a)二以上の積み重ねたシートを有するラミネート構造のベース材料シートを製造し、前記ベース材料シートをロールに巻き上げることと、
(b)前記ロールに巻き上げた前記ベース材料シートを連続的に供給することと、
(c)前記供給されたベース材料シートを、切断フレームを使用して切断することと、
前記切断フレームが、製造すべき長方形の単位断片に対応する構造で中に取り付けられ、又は形成されたカッターを有してなるものであり、
左側末端カッターを右側末端カッターの後に連続的に配置する場合、左側末端形状が右側末端形状と一致するように、前記カッターが配置されてなるものであり、
前記ベース材料シートが部分的に重なり合っている際に、前記切断が部分的に重なり合った状態で行われ、一回の切断工程における長さ(「ピッチ」)が、前記切断フレームの下側末端から任意の長さで互いに等しい、前記カッターの対向する側方末端間の分離間隔に対して、等しくなるように行われてなるものであり、
前記切断シートにおける前記ベース材料の部分的に重なり合っている間隔が、前記切断フレームの長さから前記ピッチを差し引くことにより得られる間隔に一致するものであり、
(d) 前記長方形の単位断片を切断した後に発生するスクラップを別のロールに巻き上げること、及び
(e)前記切断した長方形の単位断片を移動させることを含んでなり、
前記工程(a)において、前記ベース材料シートが、縦方向又は横方向における光又は電磁波の特定方向の波動のみを吸収し又は透過させる層(選択的吸収層/透過層)を包含するシートであり、
前記工程(c)において、前記ベース材料シートから切断される前記長方形の単位断片のそれぞれが、前記選択的吸収層/透過層が45度の傾斜角度で傾斜してなるフィルムであり、
前記工程(c)において、前記カッターが、前記長方形の単位断片の配列構造に基づいて前記切断フレームの中に取り付けら又は形成され、
最上列の長方形の単位断片及び最下列の長方形の単位断片を除いた残りの長方形の単位断片の大多数が、各長方形の単位断片の4つの側部で、異なった長方形の単位断片に隣接した状態で配置され、かつ、
隣接する4個の長方形の単位断片の少なくとも幾つかの組合せが、それらの中央に、島型残部を形成するものであり、
前記長方形の単位断片が互いに隣接する区域で、前記島型残部のサイズより小さいサイズを有する切断余白が形成されてなり、
前記工程(d)で、前記スクラップが、切断余白により互いに連続的に接続された、前記長方形の単位断片に対応する複数の孔を包含してなる、製造方法。 - 前記カッターのそれぞれが、切断用のナイフ又は切断用の光源である、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記切断用のナイフが金属ナイフ又はジェットウオーターナイフであり、前記切断用の光源がレーザーである、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記工程(c)において、
縦方向におけるカッターの対向する側方末端間の前記間隔が、切断フレームの任意の長さで互いに等しいものである、請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記島型残部を形成する前記長方形の単位断片の組合せ数が、前記最上列の長方形の単位断片及び最下列の長方形の単位断片を除いた残りの長方形の単位断片の数の50%以上である、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記工程(d)において、
前記最上列の長方形の単位断片孔及び最下列の長方形の単位断片孔を除いた残りの長方形の単位断片孔の大多数が、それらの4つの側部で、前記切断余白に対応する隘路により、異なった長方形の単位断片孔に隣接した状態で配置されており、かつ、
隣接する4個の長方形の単位断片孔の少なくとも幾つかの組合せが、それらの中央に、前記切断余白のサイズより大きなサイズを有する島型残部を形成してなる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 連続的な切断工程により、45度である傾斜角度で、長いベース材料シートから一種以上の長方形の単位断片を製造する装置であって、
(i) 二以上のシートを積み重ね、ラミネート構造のベース材料シートを製造する装置と、
(ii) 前記ベース材料シートを供給するための供給ロールと、
(iii) カッターを包含する切断フレームと、
前記カッターが、最上列の長方形の単位断片及び最下列の長方形の単位断片を除いた残りの長方形の単位断片の大多数が、各長方形の単位断片の4つの側部で、異なった長方形の単位断片に隣接した状態で配置され、かつ、
隣接する4個の長方形の単位断片の少なくとも幾つかの組合せが、それらの中央に、島型残部を形成するように、前記長方形の単位断片の配列構造に基づいて切断フレームの中に取り付けられ又は形成されてなるものであり、
前記長方形の単位断片が互いに隣接する区域で、前記島型残部のサイズより小さいサイズを有する切断余白が形成されてなり、
(iv) 前記長方形の単位断片の切断後に発生するスクラップを巻き上げるための巻き上げロールと、及び
(v) 前記切断した長方形の単位断片を移動させるためのコンベヤを備えてなり、
前記ベース材料シートが、縦方向又は横方向における光又は電磁波の特定方向の波動のみを吸収し又は透過させる層(選択的吸収層/透過層)を包含するシートであり、
前記ベース材料シートから切断される前記長方形の単位断片のそれぞれが、前記選択的吸収層/透過層が45度の傾斜角度で傾斜してなるフィルムであり、
前記スクラップが、切断余白により互いに連続的に接続された、前記長方形の単位断片に対応する複数の孔を包含してなる、製造方法。
