Description
平均繊維長が300μm未満ではアスペクト比が小さくなって補強効果が不足し、平均繊維長が1000μmを超えると、樹脂中への繊維の分散が不十分となり、また繊維同士が絡み合って繊維間に空気が取り込まれボイドの原因となる。
Claims (3)
- ガラス繊維と熱可塑性樹脂とを混練した複合成形材料であって、前記ガラス繊維が遠心法及び/又は火炎法によって製造されるガラス短繊維であり、前記ガラス短繊維は、混練前の平均繊維長が300〜1000μmで、繊維径が3〜6μmであることを特徴とする複合成形材料。
- 請求項1に記載の複合成形材料において、前記ガラス短繊維は、シランカップリング剤及び/又は被膜形成剤を含む溶液を噴霧して表面処理されることを特徴とする複合成形材料。
- 請求項2に記載の複合成形材料において、前記ガラス短繊維に対する重量百分率は、シランカップリング剤が0.1〜2.0wt%、被膜形成剤の重量百分率はシランカップリング剤に対して5〜15倍であることを特徴とする複合成形材料。
