2 本発明に係わる乾燥ウニの製造工程
Claims (1)
- まず、一般的に言われている原料生ウニを殻から取り出し、ウニの身に完全に火が伝わるように煮たり、蒸したりした後、冷却後焼き目を付け、身を壊さない様に乾燥したり、微小な卵の結集を崩した身を乾燥させるということを特徴とする乾燥ウニの製造方法。
