Claims (13)
- 熱の発生源(200)から熱エネルギーを取り除くための熱交換器(100)であって:
a) 作業流体のための少なくとも一つの導管(110)を有し、この導管は、少なくとも45度の角度で、縦型の姿勢で配置され;
各導管(110)は、
a1) 外壁(112)、及び、
a2) 前記導管(110)の中に少なくとも一つの蒸発器チャネル(120)及び少なくとも一つの凝縮器チャネル(130)形成するための少なくとも一つの内壁(114)、を有し;
当該熱交換器(100)は、更に、
b) 前記蒸発器チャネルの中に熱を移送するための第一の熱移送要素(150;183)、及び、
c) 前記凝縮器チャネルから熱を移送するための第二の熱移送要素(180)、を有していること、
前記第二の熱移送要素(180)には、前記導管(110)の外壁(112)の、前記凝縮器チャネル(130)に関係する部分のみに冷却フィンが設けられていること、
を特徴とする熱交換器。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1に記載の熱交換器(100):
前記少なくとも一つの導管(110)は、縦型の姿勢で配置されている。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器(100):
前記少なくとも一つの蒸発器チャネル(120)及び少なくとも一つの凝縮器チャネル(130)は、前記少なくとも一つの導管(110)の中で、平行に配列されている。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(100):
前記第一の熱移送要素(150;183)は、取り付け要素(150)を有し;
この取り付け要素は、
b1) 前記熱の発生源(200)を取り付けるための取り付け表面(160)、及び、
b2) 前記導管(110)の外壁(112)の、前記蒸発器チャネル(120)に関係する部分に対する熱的接触を確立するための接触表面(170)、
を有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(100):
分配マニフォールド(190)が、前記少なくとも一つの導管(110)の少なくとも一方の端に接続されている。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項4または5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(100):
前記取り付け要素(150)は、ベース・プレートを有し、
このベース・プレートは、前記熱の発生源(200)を取り付けるための平面状の取り付け表面(160)、及び、この取り付け表面(160)の反対側に位置し、前記導管(110)の外壁(112)の部分に適合する少なくとも一つの溝(175)を有する接触表面(170)、を有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(100):
前記導管(110)は、平面状の外側壁を有するフラット・チューブであり、および/または、
前記導管(110)は、アルミニウムで作られている。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(100):
前記蒸発器チャネル(120)は、前記凝縮器チャネル(130)と比べてより大きな断面積を有し、および/または、
前記凝縮器チャネル(130)は、前記凝縮器チャネル(130)と比べてより大きな内側表面を有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(100):
前記熱交換器(100)は、第一の環境を第二の環境からを分離するための分離要素(250)を有していて、それによって、第一の環境の温度が、第二の環境の温度よりも高くなる。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(100):
前記第一の熱移送要素(150;183)は、前記導管(110)の外壁(112)の、前記蒸発器チャネル(120)に関係する部分に設けられた加熱フィン(183)を有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項5に記載の熱交換器(100):
前記分配マニフォールド(190)は、トップ側のヘッダー・チューブ及びボトム側のヘッダー・チューブを有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項11に記載の熱交換器(100):
前記トップ側のヘッダー・チューブ及びボトム側のヘッダー・チューブは、円形の断面を有している。 - 熱の発生源から熱エネルギーを取り除くための熱交換器を製造する方法であって:
a) 作業流体のための少なくとも一つの導管(110)を用意すること、ここで、各導管は、外壁(112)、及びこの少なくとも一つの導管(110)の中に少なくとも一つの蒸発器チャネル(120)及び少なくとも一つの凝縮器チャネル(130)形成するための少なくとも一つの内壁(114)を有している;
b) この少なくとも一つの導管(110)に、熱を前記蒸発器チャネル(120)の中に移送するための第一の熱移送要素(150;183)、及び熱を凝縮器チャネル(130)から移送するための第二の熱移送要素(180)を接続すること;
c) 前記導管(110)の外壁(112)の、前記凝縮器チャネル(130)に関係する部分のみに冷却フィンを設けること、
を特徴とする方法
