Description
Claims (15)
- 支持構造によって支持されるように構成された、車両構成部品アジャスタ用のトランスミッションデバイスであって、
駆動ねじと、
外周及び端面を画定するシャフト部分と前記シャフト部分から半径方向外向きに延びる第1のギヤ部分とを備えて前記駆動ねじと係合する駆動部材と、
前記駆動部材の前記外周の周りの少なくとも一部分に配置される第1の部分と、前記端面と前記支持構造との間に配置される第2の部分と、前記第1のギヤ部分に隣接して支持された第3の部分とを有する負荷伝達部材と
を含み、
前記負荷伝達部材は、前記駆動部材の前記シャフト部分及び前記第1のギヤ部分を介して前記駆動部材にかかる軸方向の負荷を前記支持構造に伝達する、トランスミッションデバイス。 - 前記シャフト部分の前記外周は、前記端面に実質的に垂直である、請求項1に記載のトランスミッションデバイス。
- 前記駆動部材は、内周に第2のギヤ部分を有する駆動ナットの形状であり、前記第1のギヤ部分が、回転機械エネルギー源と噛み合うようにして係合し、前記第2のギヤ部分が、前記駆動ねじと噛み合うようにして係合する、請求項1に記載のトランスミッションデバイス。
- 前記駆動ねじは、前記駆動ナットに対して相対的に移動する、請求項3に記載のトランスミッションデバイス。
- 前記第3の部分は、前記第1の部分に対して半径方向外向きに延びるフランジの形状である、請求項1に記載のトランスミッションデバイス。
- 前記第2の部分は、前記第1の部分に対して半径方向内向きに延びる端壁の形状である、請求項5に記載のトランスミッションデバイス。
- 前記負荷伝達部材は、環状のカップワッシャである、請求項6に記載のトランスミッションデバイス。
- 車両シートアセンブリであって、
バック部分及びシートベースを有するシートと、
前記シートベース及びバック部分を支持するトラックアレンジメントと、
前記トラックアレンジメントに接続された支持構造と、
駆動ねじを有し、前記支持構造によって支持されて前記シートを前記トラックアレンジメントに対して相対的に移動させるアジャスタと
を含み、
前記アジャスタは、
外周と前記支持構造に隣接して位置付けられた端面とを有するシャフト部分と前記シャフト部分から半径方向外向きに延びるギヤ部分とを備えて前記駆動ねじと係合する駆動部材と、
前記駆動部材の前記外周の周りの少なくとも一部分に配置される第1の部分と、前記端面を前記支持構造から分離する第2の部分と、前記ギヤ部分に隣接して支持されて前記第1の部分から外向きに延びる第3の部分とを有する負荷伝達部材と
を含み、
前記負荷伝達部材は、前記駆動部材の前記シャフト部分及び前記ギヤ部分を介して前記駆動部材にかかる軸方向の負荷を前記支持構造に伝達するトランスミッションデバイスを有する、車両用シートアセンブリ。 - 前記アジャスタは、前記シートベースの垂直方向の調節を与える、請求項8に記載の車両用シートアセンブリ。
- 前記駆動部材は電気モータの出力シャフトと係合する、請求項8に記載の車両用シートアセンブリ。
- 前記第3の部分は、前記第1の部分に実質的に垂直なフランジの形状である、請求項8に記載の車両用シートアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の部分は、前記第1の部分に実質的に垂直な方向において前記第1の部分から内向きに延びる端壁の形状である、請求項11に記載の車両用シートアセンブリ。
- シートベース及び前記シートベースに対して配設されたバック部分と、
駆動ねじを有し、前記シートベース及び前記バック部分を支持するトラックアレンジメントと、
支持構造によって支持され、前記シートを前記トラックアレンジメントに対して相対的に移動するアジャスタと
を有する車両シートであって、
前記アジャスタは、
外周と、前記支持構造に隣接して配置される端面とを有するシャフト部分と前記シャフト部分から半径方向外向きに延びるギヤ部分とを備えて前記駆動ねじと係合する駆動部材と、
前記駆動部材の周りの少なくとも一部分に配置される第1の部分と、前記駆動部材の前記端面を前記支持構造から分離する第2の部分と、前記ギヤ部分に隣接して支持されて前記第1の部分から外向きに延びる第3の部分とを有する負荷伝達部材と
を含み、
前記負荷伝達部材は、前記駆動部材の前記シャフト部分及び前記ギヤ部分を介して前記駆動部材にかかる軸方向の負荷を前記支持構造に伝達するトランスミッションデバイスを有する、車両用シート。 - 前記アジャスタは、前記シートベースの垂直方向の調節を与える、請求項13に記載の車両用シート。
- 前記駆動部材は前記駆動部材を駆動するための駆動機構をさらに含み、
前記駆動機構は電気モータを含む、請求項13に記載の車両用シート。
