Claims (2)
- 1対のローラの周面に巻き掛けられて長手方向に搬送されることで周回する環状の金属製バンドに、ポリマーが溶剤に溶解したドープを流延することにより流延膜を形成し、前記流延膜を前記バンドから剥がして乾燥することによりフィルムとし、このフィルムをロール状に巻き取る溶液製膜方法において、
前記バンドは、幅広の中央部とこの両側端に溶接で一体化された1対の幅狭の側部とを備え、
前記中央部よりも広い幅で前記ドープを流延して、前記中央部上及び前記側部上に前記流延膜を形成し、
前記バンドの長手方向に延びた溶接部上で形成された前記フィルムの溶接部上形成領域が前記フィルムの幅方向で一定の振幅をもって変位するように、フィルム巻取り用の巻芯を、前記フィルムの幅方向に一定の振幅で往復動させながら、周方向に回転させることにより、前記フィルムを前記巻芯に巻き取ることを特徴とする溶液製膜方法。 - 前記バンドが1周する時間を、前記溶接部上形成領域の前記変位の周期とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液製膜方法。
