Description
項1. 鉱物油及び合成エステルからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の基油、並びに一般式(1);
後記表1に示す配合(重量部)に従い、本発明及び比較の冷間圧延油組成物を調製した。
各圧延油組成物を用いて下記条件1で製造したエマルションをバットに移す。それに、洗浄したSPCC−SD板(0.8×80×100mm)を10秒間浸漬し、1日間ドレンする。前後の重量差より付着油分量を算出する。
[条件1]
濃度:10重量%(水道水で希釈)、
温度:45℃、
液量:400ml、
撹拌:500mlビーカーに上記のものを入れ、ホモミキサー(プライミックス社製「T.K.ホモミキサーMII2.5型」)で8000回転で10分撹拌する。
下記条件2の方法で圧延を行い、鋼板2枚を水切りせずにコンタクトしてアルミホイルで梱包し、95℃の高温槽に24時間静置後、コンタクト面の変色を目視判定する。
[条件2]
圧延機:2段圧延機(ロール径:150mmφ×200mm、ロール表面:サンドペーパー#1000研磨、圧延速度:13m/min)、
試油:濃度10重量%、温度45℃、
試験片:SUS304(0.8×80×100mm)、
圧延パス回数:4パス(圧下率16%)、
評価基準:○は変色が無く、△は軽度発生、×は発生を表す。
図1に示す圧延機を使用し、下記条件3の方法で圧延した後の出側テンションロールの汚れを目視判定する。
[条件3]
圧延機:図1に示す2段圧延機(ロール径:76mmφ×90mm、ロール表面:サンドペーパー#1000研磨、圧延速度:100m/min)、
試油:濃度10重量%、温度45℃、
試験片:SUS304(1.0mm厚×30mm、長さ50mのコイル)、
圧延パス回数:5パス(圧下率60〜70%)、
評価基準:○は汚れが殆んど無く、△は軽度発生、×は発生を表す。
図1に示す圧延機を使用して上記条件3の方法で圧延した鋼板の表面光沢を、光沢計(日本電色業製「VG2000」)を用いて、入射角45度で鋼板の巾方向を測定する。
評価基準:光沢度400(グロス)以下が不良で×、400〜450(グロス)が標準で△、450(グロス)以上が良で○と表す。
実機操業の最終パス速度と、酸洗・焼鈍ライン出側での模様の有無である。圧延油濃度は10重量%、温度45℃、試験材はSUS304の条件である。
Claims (1)
- 鉱物油及び合成エステルからなる基油、並びに一般式(1);
前記鉱物油と合成エステルとの混合比率が61.0:39.0〜62.0:38.0であり、前記アルキルホスホン酸誘導体としてアルキルホスホン酸モノイソプロピル(アルキル基=C 12 〜C 14 )を、前記基油100重量部に対して1.3〜4重量部含有する、ステンレス用水溶性冷間圧延油組成物。
