Claims (5)
- 同軸の内面および外面を有する中空の冷却ジャケットと、
1つ以上の流入ポート、1つの流出ポートおよび空気パージ用の1つの空気抜きを有する外側ケースと、
前記冷却ジャケットを前記外側ケースにボルト結合するための、前記外側ケースの一方の端部におけるフランジ付き端面と、
を含む電気モータ/発電機の冷却機構であって、
前記内面は、前記内面と伝熱接触するステータを受け入れるための略円筒状のキャビティを画定し、
前記外面は、曲折した冷却流路を備えた鋳造らせん溝部分を有し、
前記冷却ジャケットと前記外側ケースとの間に包み込まれた冷却流体が前記曲折した冷却流路を通って流れる、冷却機構。 - 前記流出ポートが、前記外側ケースの縦軸に沿って中心に配置される、請求項1に記載の冷却機構。
- 前記1つ以上の流入ポートが、前記外側ケースの他方の端部に配置される、請求項1に記載の冷却機構。
- 前記冷却流体が、前記流入ポートの1つから流入して、第1円周方向において前記流出ポートに向かって流れ、一方、同時に、前記流入ポートの他方から流入して、第2円周方向において前記流出ポートに向かって流れる、請求項3に記載の冷却機構。
- 前記冷却ジャケットの外面が機械加工されて滑らかな一様な直径に仕上げられる、請求項1に記載の冷却機構。
