Claims (15)
- 互いに積層された複数の電池;
前記複数の電池のうち、隣接した電池の間に位置するプレート本体と、前記プレート本体の周縁から突出する連結タブとを含むプレート;
前記複数の電池に渡って設けられ、前記連結タブと係合する結合部を有する第1連結部材;
前記第1連結部材と連結される一対のエンドプレート;および
前記複数の電池に渡って設けられる第2連結部材;
を含み、
前記一対のエンドプレートのそれぞれは、前記互いに積層された複数の電池の各端部に位置し、
前記第2連結部材は、前記第1連結部材が設けられた面に対して垂直方向の面上に形成され、
前記第2連結部材は、冷却媒体が通過するように構成された複数の開口部を有する、電池モジュール。 - 前記第2連結部材は、前記一対のエンドプレートと結合される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記プレートは、前記プレート本体の周縁から突出する支持タブをさらに含み、
前記支持タブは、前記プレート本体の面に対して垂直方向に突出する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記支持タブは、前記プレートに隣接した電池のうちの一つの周縁に接触する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記支持タブと前記第2連結部材とは互いに接触するように形成される、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2連結部材は、前記複数の電池のそれぞれに接触する補強部を含む、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記補強部はアーク形状で構成される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記プレートは、前記第2連結部材に形成された開口部を通して突出する支持タブをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記プレートは、前記プレートの周縁から前記プレート本体の面に対して垂直方向に突出する固定タブをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記固定タブは、前記プレートの複数の周縁から突出する複数の固定タブを含む、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結タブは、前記第1連結部材と接触する切欠を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記プレートは、熱伝導性接着層により前記複数の電池のそれぞれに締結される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記結合部は開口で形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記プレート本体は、前記複数の電池のうちの一つから前記プレートを離隔させるように突起を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1連結部材は補強部を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
