Description
Claims (4)
- 燃料を圧送するための燃料ポンプであって、ポンプ段および/または該ポンプ段を駆動するための電動モータを支承するためのハウジング部分と、該ハウジング部分内に取り付けられた挿入体とを有しており、ハウジング部分が、表面処理された金属から製造されている形式のものにおいて、挿入体(10)が、非導電性の材料から成る表面を有しており、前記挿入体(10)の表面が、フェノール樹脂または非導電性のプラスチックから製造されており、ハウジング部分(9)内への挿入体(10)の取付け後、ハウジング部分(9)と挿入体(10)とから形成された構成アッセンブリが、電流により表面処理されていることを特徴とする、燃料を圧送するための燃料ポンプ。
- 前記挿入体(10)が完全に、非導電性の材料から製造されている、請求項1記載の燃料ポンプ。
- ハウジング部分(9)が、陽極酸化された軽金属から製造されている、請求項1または2記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 前記挿入体(10)が、ポンプ段(2)を駆動するためのシャフト(6)のための支承ブシュとして形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料ポンプ。
