Description
このように構成した本実施形態に係るライン光照射装置100によれば、固定機構5が左右側壁部22、23の内面に設けられた突条部51及びロッドレンズ4の側周面に設けられた切り欠き部52を有し、これらの上向き面51a及び下向き面52aの接触によって、ケーシング2に対してロッドレンズ4を上下方向の位置決めしながら、ケーシング2に対してロッドレンズ4を固定することができる。
LEDを収容するための凹部42が開口させてある。この凹部42の底面42aは、基端側に向かって膨らませた凸レンズ形状にしてあり、その側面42bは、光軸にほぼ平行である。一方、レンズ4の先端面には、その中央部を膨出させることにより中央凸レンズ部43が形成してあり、この中央凸レンズ部43の左右両側には、それとは異なる曲率の左右凸レンズ部44が形成してある。さらにレンズ4の側面には、断面輪郭が放物線をなすように形成した反射要素である湾曲膨出面45が設けてある。

Claims (9)
- 長手方向に延びる底壁部及びこの底壁部の長手方向両辺から上部に延びる一対の側壁部を有する一体成形されたケーシングと、
前記ケーシングの底壁部に設けられるLED基板と、
前記ケーシング内において前記LED基板の上部に長手方向に沿って設けられる棒状のレンズと、
前記レンズを前記一対の側壁部に固定するための固定機構とを具備し、
前記固定機構が、
前記各側壁部の内面において長手方向に沿って設けられた上向き面と、
前記レンズの側周面において長手方向に沿って設けられた下向き面と、
前記各側壁部の内面において前記上向き面の上部に長手方向に沿って設けられた凹溝と、
前記凹溝に着脱可能に設けられるとともに、前記上向き面に前記下向き面が接触した状態で前記凹溝に嵌って前記レンズの側周面に接触し、前記下向き面を前記上向き面に押圧する弾性体とを備えることを特徴とするライン光照射装置。 - 前記凹溝の上端部と前記レンズの側周面との最短距離が、前記弾性体の自然状態における幅寸法よりも小さい請求項1記載のライン光照射装置。
- 前記上向き面が、前記各側壁部の内面において長手方向に沿って設けられた突条部の上面により形成され、
前記下向き面が、前記レンズの側周面において長手方向に沿って設けられ、光軸に対して対称に形成された2つの切り欠き部の下面により形成されている請求項1又は2記載のライン光照射装置。 - 前記突条部が、前記上向き面と略直交する内向き面を有し、
前記切り欠き部が、前記下向き面と略直交する外向き面を有し、
前記突条部の内向き面が前記切り欠き部の外向き面に接触した状態で、前記突条部の上向き面が前記切り欠き部の下向き面と接触するものである請求項3記載のライン光照射装置。 - 前記一対の側壁部における前記突条部より上部の間隔が、前記レンズの外径よりも大きく構成されている請求項3又は4記載のライン光照射装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のライン光照射装置の製造方法であって、
前記ケーシングに前記レンズを収容するレンズ収容工程と、
前記レンズ収容工程の後、前記弾性体を前記凹溝の嵌め入れる弾性体嵌入工程とを有する製造方法。 - 前記弾性体嵌入工程が、前記弾性体を前記凹部の上端部と前記レンズの側面との隙間に配置した後に、治具を用いて前記弾性体を前記凹溝に嵌め入れるものである請求項6記載の製造方法。
- 前記治具が、前記弾性体に接触する先端面を有する治具本体と、前記治具本体に設けられて前記ケーシングの上面に接触するガイド部とを有し、
前記ガイド部を前記ケーシングの上面に接触させることによって、前記治具本体の先端面が弾性体に接触して当該弾性体が前記凹溝の嵌る請求項7記載の製造方法。 - 前記治具本体が回転軸周りに回転可能な本体ローラであり、
前記ガイド部が、前記本体ローラの回転軸と同軸に設けられたガイドローラであり、
前記本体ローラの一側面が前記ケーシングの内側面に沿った状態で、前記ガイドローラを前記ケーシングの上面に接触させながら転動させることによって、前記本体ローラの側周端面が弾性体に接触して当該弾性体が前記凹溝に嵌る請求項8記載の製造方法。
