Description
本発明では以下の形態が可能である。
(形態1)光源支持体と、少なくとも1つの光源と、該少なくとも1つの光源に割り当てられた反射器部材とを備える光モジュールを含む車両ヘッドランプであって、前記反射器部材にある基準エレメントが、光源支持体にある対応の基準エレメントと作用結合することができる車両ヘッドランプにおいて、前記光源支持体は、反射器部材のための案内レールを備える案内部材に差し込み可能であり、前記反射器部材は、前記光源支持体に割り当てられた連行部材を、当該反射器部材を該光源支持体と共に案内レールに沿って共にスライドするために有しており、前記案内レールは、光源支持体を差し込む際に、前記反射器部材にある基準エレメントが当該光源支持体にある対応の基準エレメントと作用結合(係合)するように成形されている車両ヘッドランプが提供される。
(形態2)前記光源支持体は基板を含んでおり、該基板上には光源と基準エレメントが配置されていることが好ましい。
(形態3)前記光源支持体には、反射器部材のためのイジェクタが設けられており、これにより反射器部材は、光源支持体の引き抜きの際に案内レールに沿って解放位置にスライドされ、該解放位置では反射器部材にある基準ピンが案内レールによって光源支持体の導体路列から離された位置に持ち上げられていることが好ましい。
(形態4)前記反射器部材にある連行部材は、光源支持体にある基準ピンに係合するために少なくとも1つの基準孔部を有することが好ましい。
(形態5)前記光源支持体は、光源に対する冷却体として構成されていることが好ましい。
(形態6)前記光源支持体はアルミニウム鋳造品から作製されており、基板とは反対側の端部に複数の冷却エレメントを有することが好ましい。
(形態7)前記案内部材はプラスチックから構成されることが好ましい。
(形態8)前記反射器部材は複数の反射器を含むことが好ましい。
(形態9)前記案内部材には、光源支持体面を基準にして互いに対向する少なくとも2つの反射器部材のための案内レールが形成されていることが好ましい。
(形態10)少なくとも1つの光源はLED光源として構成されていることが好ましい。

Claims (10)
- 光源支持体(3)と、少なくとも1つの光源(17)と、該少なくとも1つの光源(17)に割り当てられた反射器部材(5)とを備える光モジュール(1)を含む車両ヘッドランプであって、
前記反射器部材(5)にある基準エレメント(24)が、光源支持体(3)にある対応の基準エレメント(25)と作用結合することができる車両ヘッドランプにおいて、
前記光源支持体(3)は、反射器部材(5)のための案内レール(6)を備える案内部材(2)に差し込み可能であり、
前記反射器部材(5)は、前記光源支持体(3)に割り当てられた連行部材(22)を、当該反射器部材(5)を該光源支持体(3)と共に案内レール(6)に沿って共にスライドするために有しており、
前記案内レール(6)は、光源支持体(3)を差し込む際に、前記反射器部材(5)にある基準エレメント(24)が当該光源支持体(3)にある対応の基準エレメント(25)と作用結合するように成形されている、ことを特徴とする車両ヘッドランプ。 - 前記光源支持体(3)は基板を含んでおり、該基板上には光源と基準エレメント(25)が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両ヘッドランプ。
- 前記光源支持体(3)には、反射器部材(5)のためのイジェクタ(27)が設けられており、これにより反射器部材(5)は、光源支持体(3)の引き抜きの際に案内レール(6)に沿って解放位置にスライドされ、
該解放位置では反射器部材(5)にある基準ピン(24)が案内レール(6)によって光源支持体(3)の導体路列から離された位置に持ち上げられている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両ヘッドランプ。 - 前記反射器部材(5)にある連行部材(22)は、光源支持体(3)にある基準ピン(21)に係合するために少なくとも1つの基準孔部(23)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両ヘッドランプ。
- 前記光源支持体(3)は、光源(16)に対する冷却体として構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両ヘッドランプ。
- 前記光源支持体(3)はアルミニウム鋳造品から作製されており、基板(16)とは反対側の端部に複数の冷却エレメント(4)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両ヘッドランプ。
- 前記案内部材(2)はプラスチックから構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の車両ヘッドランプ。
- 前記反射器部材(5)は複数の反射器を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車両ヘッドランプ。
- 前記案内部材(2)には、光源支持体面(E)を基準にして互いに対向する少なくとも2つの反射器部材(5,5’)のための案内レール(6)が形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の車両ヘッドランプ。
- 少なくとも1つの光源(17)はLED光源として構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の車両ヘッドランプ。
